Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in North Carolina

I don't know that I've had an order from here that hasn't had an issue. Maybe it's just me?

Anyways.....

I used to order on the phone (I like the slices and sticks, but I can't eat pepperoni) but the order seemed too difficult for the people working here at the time to cut the pizza, it always turned out the sticks were triangle cut and the pizza was sticks cut and never cut all the way through, so I switched to online ordering.

Online there are no customization options for slices and sticks, and slices/sticks only come with pepperoni on the slices half. With the online order I made the other week I took advantage of the stuffed crazy bread promo. There was so much oil on the bottom of the sticks (they were also prepared like Domino's sticks not like the advertisement) that the bottom of the sticks were raw dough. The cheese pizza was great, though still not cut all the way through, at all.

I received a phone call and text from a concerned and apologetic Sid a few days later, who informed me that WNC is, for whatever reason, split into two districts or owners and gave me the contact info for a Richard Jones, but I decided not to bother Richard about something I'm writing off as a bunch of kids in a kitchen, especially the day before Thanksgiving. I'm not looking for a remake on my order, I just wanted to inform someone who can actually do something about the issue to fix the issue before some crazy person gets upset.

With tonight's order I took advantage of the stuffed crust and 2 ltr promotion. Nothing in the promo, that I saw, said anything about any, I'm assuming, garlic butter/oil or garlic salt/glaze added to the crust; not a huge deal but still enough extra grease to seep through the bottom of the box, and again the pizza is not cut all the way through... Just add more pressure, it's really difficult to cut through a pizza box with a cutting wheel or a slicing blade, I know from experience.

Anyways, Richard/Sid if you're reading this I'll give it one more shot in a couple weeks because Sid seemed genuinely concerned and apologetic on the phone about the entire situation from start to finish, and that kind of customer service goes a long way in my book!

Edit for today's order:

Another completely uncut pizza, and old chewy uncut Italian cheese sticks. The signage on the outside of the restaurant being burnt out and the parking lot lights being off at 8:30 should be enough of an indicator that this is not a good location. If Richard wants to make up for this newest debacle I'll consider going here again, otherwise Domino's is less than 5 minutes away, and they...

went in to grab 2 cheese pizzas I ordered 2 regular cheese pizzas and a order of bread sticks with sauce. when he told me the price of $21 I restated I want 2 regular not extra cheese pizzas. he said yes i got it. so i figured maybe price went up like everything else didnt argue and paid there was more people waiting. after receiving my pizzas he gave me my receipt in which in fact he did charge me for extra most bestest. even tho i ask for regular. and also gave us extra. which ok whatever. but i order regular because i have little kids and they cant eat the extra cheese. there was also a gentleman that was ordered and paid befeor i got there still waiting he had asked where his cheese bread was. kid said he would check on it and never did. 15 minutes later the guy asked again and the kid told him oh sorry i forgot to tell you it got mixed up or messed up we will make it now. . everytime I go in this store its a mess. the charge for what u dont order like they are just lazy and cant put the order in right. there was alot of workers this evening standing around in the back and had loud music playing. very unprofessional. they literally never have hot and ready no matter what time you go. and when i order cheese hot n ready i have been told they dont keep the cheese ready only pep. however thats never ready either, i really wish this store could do some changes because we love little ceasers and this is the closest for us. but it is never a...

Really awful quality of food every time we buy here. I come back and order from this restaurant after about a year of giving it a break due to terrible quality and never ceases to disappoint. Anything from here I bring home, I instantly want to return. It's horrible. Dried up, unrisen flat dough, toppings that look and taste like they sat out all day. The Crazy Bread is always flat and never fluffy like you get at a Little Ceasars where it's cooked right. The service is terrible, never anyone at the front. They seem to always be short-staffed and overworked. This has not changed in the last 10 years. Another customer grabbed my crazy sauce for me from behind the counter after I got my order out of the pizza portal and stood there for a while waiting for my sauces with the pizza getting cold. Consistently bad quality food year after year. I wish we had a Little Ceasars around here that was any good.

Also, if you call the restaurant, you won't get through to anyone. They route you through a switchboard then put you on hold for 5 mins after which they disconnect the call. Try again and the same thing happens. This store doesn't want customers or work to actually have to do. Unfortunately for them, they cannot block online orders from coming through, but they would if they could. And as punishment for having to make your food, they give you the worst quality they can...
