Just leaving panda express and I am so disappointed with the service I just experienced. I was here as soon as they opened so some of the items that I ordered weren’t ready yet, I didn’t mind waiting. After about 20 minutes of being park I went inside to check on the food and they said my order of super greens had just came up. They scooped it up and went to go bag it for me but I noticed the rest of the food already been sitting. I would’ve preferred if everything was at the same temp. Especially considering that I had placed my order 20 minutes ago. One worker asked to take the temperature of my food and I agreed he took the temperature of all the items and their heat varied. With that I just politely said “I would just prefer if everything was the same temp”, he heavily side and then began to re-scoop my food but his attitude and demeanor was so negative it deterred me from even wanting my order again. I have social anxiety so I don’t like having to go inside establishments or to even voice when things aren’t right but I had already waited here for 20 minutes so I want my order to be correct when I get it unfortunately my feelings were completely negated with his rude attitude. Read moreI do love Panda Express. I've never had any issues with the freshness of the food, environment, or customer service. This time was a disaster when it came to customer service. There was a miscommunication on my order, and I went back to the counter to fix the order, knowing I would have to pay additional. No problem! The worker decided to cut me off 3 times about the order being wrong. I apologized to her and she still was angry at me and tried to not serve me and pass it off to another employee when i was literally in the midst of apologizing again to her for the miscommunication. She brought up and additional charge 2 times and I told her that wasn't a problem and clearly there was miscommunication. After sitting down to eat that same worker came out from the back and rolled her eyes at me and shook her head with a look of disgust. She was clearly having a bad day. However, even after apologizing and trying to rectify, she showed horrible customer service. I will drive out my way to go to the other location in the Charleston area from now on. Read moreThey do not accomodate food allergies. I came here to get food for me and my son tonight. While ordering the food I told the girl that my son has a dairy allergy and simply asked that the person who serves the food to use new gloves and clean servingware when handling his food. I also asked that they put it in a separate bag. The employees could not for the life of me comprehend what I was asking them to do. I was asked multiple times "what kind of allergy is it?" And had to explain to them what dairy is. Then I was also asked over five times what it was I wanted them to do and they STILL did not understand. They clearly know nothing about cross contamination or how to avoid it (and that's really scary). No point in posting your companies allergen info for each food if your employees don't know how to not cross contaminate. Also, upon further inspection of their reviews, this location seems to have a habit of serving raw undercooked or stale food. Stay far away from here.
