I'm not one to leave negative reviews but this was an awful experience. My family and I use 7brew regularly, and this was the worst. When I arrived, there were 4 cars in the right lane and one car in the left lane in front of me. The person taking the orders from the iPad was focusing on the right lane. The vehicle that was in front of me was waiting and I thought they were just waiting for their order. About 15 minutes after I got there they finally had their order taken. Meanwhile, all orders coming out were for the other lane. About 5-10 minutes later the car in front of me got their order. I then sat for about another 5 minutes (now a total of about 30 minutes I've been there) and a staff member finally came to me to say that someone would be with me shortly to take my order and that they were understaffed. Meanwhile, the gentlemen who was using the iPad when I arrived 30 minutes earlier was back to taking orders in the other lane for vehicles that had been there maybe 10-15 minutes. Half the time I had been there. During this time I heard a staff member also mention that another member was not coming in because they were scheduled after telling a manager prior that they would be unavailable for this day. I finally had to leave, extremely frustrated. I know this is not the norm for 7brew. But nonetheless, still extremely frustrating and I will not be using this...

We came to this location on the recommendation of one of my staff so first time visit for us. Well Wayne was AMAZING, I told him what I normally get when I go other places and he told me I can get that done for you and even better. He helped my friend order as well and both of our drinks were made to perfect to the point, I had to stop the van I was driving and ask his name and who made the drinks and thank everyone that was working. 7 Brew is our new go to spot. Bye, Bye, STARBUCKS!!!!!! and this is all I've ever known and refused to go anywhere else until today. I called my daughter and my sister's to tell the about 7 Brew and Wayneš„°š„°š„°š„°. Wayne knows the hell out of that menu and has excellent customer service. This is coming from a manger that works at Jim N' Nick's for the last 18 years. Wayne is a keeper....

After the transaction was completed, the barista informed us that the drink had been charged incorrectly. they then forced us to wait almost ten minutes while they tried to āfigure outā how to charge us for the right drink. ALL THE WHILE the drink was made, but INCORRECTLY might I add (didnāt add the cold foam we PAID for). Then they proceeded to tell us they didnāt know how to charge for the correct price⦠so they said ānevermind you can just goā in doing so they essentially wasted 10 minutes of our time and made our drink incorrectly.
