If you use the Starbucks app be aware, your drink is apparently LOWEST priority
Arrived at 2:46 to pick up my Starbucks app order that was estimated pickup at 2:46. Watched as many walk ins ordered and were served as I waited on drink to pop up.
At 2:55 I asked the girl at the register if she could check and see why my drink still wasn’t up, and she told me, “We’re prioritizing walk-ins over mobile orders right now”. When I told her I ordered at 2:39, and walked in about ten minutes ago, for a drink scheduled for 2:46 approx, she rolled her eyes and told me it’s not her problem, she’s not on online orders, and that’s what they’re doing.
3:05, still no drink, many walk-ins served ahead of me, I ask to speak to the Supervisor. Girl at register sighs, and says “sure, whatever I’ll get him”. Supervisor tries to give me the same “we’re prioritizing walk-ins, but I’ll make your drink personally”.
Apparently, the Starbucks app is useless. I could have walked in, ordered, and been out in ten minutes as many other walk-ins were. This makes no sense. Turn off your Starbucks app ordering if you’re going to ignore app users. Another lady came in shortly after I spoke with the Supervisor, also very upset why her drink was over 15 minutes late.
In the end, Supervisor hands me a passive aggressive, 2/3 full drink at 3:10, 30 minutes post placing order, no apology. No professionalism. This place is literally a “take what you get” Starbucks.
If this wasn’t ordered by my wife on her phone app at home, I would have asked for a refund after the cashier popped an attitude honestly.
For overpriced coffee, you literally don’t get what you...
Read moreBarista was very friendly and pleasant to interact with. He smiled and greeted me upon my arrival which made me feel good that I was there and was nice. He was efficient with taking my order for my drink, got everything correct, and overall made my experience a good one. It did not appear too busy on the inside as the sitting area had only about 6 people, but of course you never know how many mobile orders they may have. That being said, it did seem to take a little bit longer than I expected to get my drink. According to google I was in Starbucks for a total of 15 minutes. I stood around for at least a couple minutes and then decided to use the restroom while I waited and heard him call my name while I was washing my hands. I finished in the restroom and grabbed my drink. Then thanked him and wished him a good day to which he replied. Overall, I would say that this Starbucks was a good stop on my route and would suggest...
Read moreThe management at this Starbucks is dismal. For multiple days in a row, the wait to receive a drink exceeded 40 minutes. The employees were working their tails off while the manager was sitting in his hiding area providing no help. In addition, I wanted to order a custom drink. I was told no. Starbucks has built their entire organization around the ability to customize drinks. Never at a Starbucks have I been told that I could only order exactly as it was on the menu. To find that I can't enjoy my morning Starbucks as I always do, and that I have to wait over 40 minutes for a sub-par drink at the hand of a Manager that isn't providing support to his team seems to go against everything I know of Starbucks to be true. Fortunately for me, there are a lot of other coffee shops that I can choose from. Beware of this location, Starbucks lovers. It's probably not...
