Always shut down Frosty machine, way before midnight, cant get one of those either. Last time I got a triple, burgers barley warm. Why ? Made ahead of time, under warming light or meat after cooked way prior, left out. So sandwich can be made in 2 minutes, fast , but cold burgers, I pay for, you profit. Chille last 2x, barley warm. Why, they shut off burner, it gets cold. Garbage... Hire a manager with half, just half a Brian. EVERYTIME, you say "were out of patatoes, chillie , frosty, etc", you loose money$$$, you loose thousands of sales a month, hundreds of thousands of No sales because of piss poor Managment, your loss, not mine. Tonight, I tried they only thing I thought would be fresh maybe, nuggets. Barley warm, almost cold to touch. Do not belive me send in several of your family/friends, especially after 11pm. The place is a bad joke. I swear they put my cold nuggets in the hot oil, warmed and re-seved me The same ones. I told them the burger was cold once, it came back the meat was on fire, microwaved. The employees are slick, but can only do that trick because of the goofball misfit managers. Don't you have cameras? Lost me as a customer, like I am sure hundreds others. Read moreThis North Miami (33161) Wendy’s located on Biscayne 123rd street provides the worst customer experience of them all. The arrogance and pride in the associate/ employee name “Mike”/ “Michael” is and the manager in training was disgustedly shame. It was raining and It was difficult for me to order with my windows down… instead of “Mike”/ Micheal considering me putting my windows up and down to place my order after I explained to him it’s raining and I have a child with autism in the car; he directed me to get out of my car and come into the Wendy’s (mind you it’s raining and I have a child in the car.) Despite the situation he was able to hear my order; he was purposely making things much more difficult than it already was. As I would speak with the manager in training “Mike”/Micheal lied (The manager in training never intervened being that they all wear headsets and can hear what goes on in the drive thru.) The manager in training wanted to give me my ordered meal and which of course I didn’t want it anymore m. Read moreThis morning I pulled up to the drive thru at 6:38 to be exact. The menu was still up for dinner. When she asked me to order I told her the menu wasn't up. She said she knew. Okay can you change it so I can order. Silence.. hello yes can I help you. Yes can you change the menu board. Use the app. Who told you I had the app. So I sit there at least 2 minutes. Nobody said anything nobody came out. Then here she comes dosent walk to the menu board. But walks around the passenger side of my car towards the back. Changes the menu behind me then walks up to the menu by my car and ask me if am ok. You have no business asking me if am ok. And to answer your question no am mot. I just got off work and instead of you doing your job you're making things difficult. This girl proceeds to argue with me. And told me she supposed to ask me of am ok. No your not your supposed to do what wemdys pays you to do. And make things worse she is the manager. That's what happend when you hire these young kids with bad attitudes.
