I came here yesterday on Christmas. It was reservation only so we found 3 spots at the bar. We ordered drinks. The Bartender cut his hand in the midst of making my drink and continued to touch it while he held a bloody napkin on his hand. It was honestly disgusting. He didn't even wash his hands. He hands me my drink and then proceeds to grab stirrer straws and put them in my wine glass. (Yuck) We ordered our food. The bar area started to clear out and was empty for about 30 minutes or more. (Now leaving PILES of dirty dishes at the bar and surrounding tables. Nobody was clearing them) After a bit we received our appetizers. My mother got a cold Lobster Bisque. They didn't even attempt to warm it up before bringing it out. We sent it back only for it to come back boiling.... Seriously? What is wrong with this place? More people crowded into the bar seats and ordered their food. Their food came out before ours. We questioned where our food was and the Bartender said he'd go check. He finally came out with our food. (After waiting over an hour) I ordered fettuccine Alfredo. He placed spaghetti noodles in front of me with Alfredo sauce. We mentioned it and he said they ran out of fettuccine noodles. They never once told me this or asked if I'd like a different noodle. They automatically gave me spaghetti noodles, which absolutely do not go well with Alfredo sauce. It was horrendous. I then saw the lady next to us got stuck with the same thing. She was livid as well and said it was disgusting. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I will not be returning. I have no idea why we even paid for my meal, I ended up taking a few bites and leaving it. After waiting an hour and a half for our food, this was not the experience I was hoping for as both my family and myself were in town from hours away.

We came to Cleveland for the weekend. Stayed at the Hampton Inn down the street. We figured this place was close by and we didn’t have to drive far. We arrived around 5:30pm on a Friday night and thought it was packed but there were plenty of tables. We were first seated at a table that wasn’t cleaned yet. We asked to be moved to a booth. The booth had rips in the seats and this was wear it starts. We were hungry so we went right to the entree and skip the apps. I had the Lobster Bisque soup and Sicilian pizza. My friend had the lasagna, her son had the American pizza and husband had the shrimp pasta. First the “fresh” bread came out with virgin oil. The bread was hard as a rock! The virgin oil had so much salt and super salty. We swallowed it down with our drinks. Then the server came over to tell us that they ran out of pizza dough and can only make one pizza. So I’d decided to go with the meatballs pasta and let my friend’s son have his pizza. My meatballs pasta came out and it was again salty. The pizza looks good at the top but the dough was soft and feels like it wasn’t cook through. The lasagna was warm but cold on the inside so they brought her a second one. The shrimp pasta needed flavor. Very disappointing that they ran out of pizza dough during the prime time and food felt like it was heated and not cooked fresh. For the cost of the price. This place is not worth it. We will not cone back to this location or any of this franchise. Rather take our money to another pasta place.

I have to say spending over 190.00 I was not happy with our visit. The visit would be what I expected from a fast food restaurant. When we came in we asked for a table for 6. They sat us at a small table. We asked for a bigger table. They were nice and put together a bigger table. Our waitress was great she was on top of everything except the bread, we had to ask for it. The food took forever to come out as did our dessert. The food was ok, nothing special. The regular spaghetti and meatballs surprisingly one of the worst I've had. The cheesecake was not good, neither was the the toffee dessert. The floor could be cleaned. Someone spilled oil and many people stepped in it before it was cleaned up. Once we started to time how long it was on the floor it was there for thirty three minutes. The bathrooms need A LOT of attention. They could use a overhaul. Someone "cleaned" a table and put the paper on it but they forgot to take a napkin off the table before the paper. There was a nice lump under the paper and sat a couple who then complained of the lump. The waiter did a great job removing with little notice to the customers. There is a few tables right when you walk in that has their stuff on it. Their dishes where they eat, and drinks not very nice to see. This restaurant needs some major help.

I have never been to this restaurant before today. My parents had gift cards and we decided to give it a try! When we walked in, there was no host \ hostess at the stand at all. There were only a couple of tables with guests and when someone finally came they said it was going to be a 30-45 minute wait. (I understand that there are few staff members everywhere and that just because it doesn’t look busy doesn’t always mean restaurants aren’t in the kitchen or the waiters just got double sat. I worked at a restaraunt for 4 years ) so the hostess changed the wait time three times again to 25-30 minutes and again to 15-20 and told us to wait at the bar. We walked over to the bar area and the floor was so sticky my flip flop stuck to the floor twice during my visit. You can hear everyone’s shoes sticking as they walk through the restaurant. As we wait for our table there are dirty tables everywhere in the bar area, the bar was a mess with the cherry tub just sitting on top on the bar and the bartender kept throwing dishes around and was making so much unnecessary noise. We get our table and our server Dale was very nice and he was very knowledgeable about the menu! He kept our drinks full and was very kind. But the food was not worth the money at all. The salad was wilted, more then three of our dishes still had food on them from previous guests. There was lemon on the side of a cup, dried food on the forks and blank spots of something in the water cups and the restrooms were extremely dirty. I will never come back to this restaurant but I hope Dale is very successful with his job because he was pleasant and the only upside to the experience. I felt like I was on kitchen nightmares and Gordon Ramsey was going to come out and tell us they were shutting down until further notice. I don’t know how this place...

Went for the first time, for a luxury car company dinner with a party of 11 gals. Although the service was fantastic and the dining atmosphere was great, however the chairs were uncomfortable. Overall, I wasn't happy with the food or the bathroom. The food I got, (Mama's Trio) looked bland. Normally I take great pictures of the food and menu, but nothing I had ordered was photo worthy. The rosemary bread was delicious, but we weren't offered a bread knife. 11 of us fingered up and hacked away at it with a butter knife. The pasta and cheese only lasagna was bland, and the piece of chicken was a thin as a fastfood hamburger, and felt processed- not a real chicken breast- more like a breaded chicken patty, but was the only flavored thing on the plate.. For $24 a plate, I was extremely disappointed. Sticking with ice water for the night, no lemon was offered with my refills. Again, $19-$30 a plate per person- especially a dinner party, you would expect a lemon wedge to be an automatic given. Naturally, duties call and off to the bathroom I go. Hard to find at first, I entered a cold and dim lit bathroom that hadn't been cleaned in years. It smelled like old urine. They didn't even have a vanity. It was a counter top with a curtain rod and curtains! There was dust and cobwebs every where. A plugged in floor heater wasn't even on. The toilets looked to be there since 2000 loaded with caulk. None of the handicap hand rails looked cleaned either. Base boarder was missing and the air vents looked to not have been touched in 10 years. And the baby changing table was FILTHY! This is NOT what I expected for $24 a plate- high end restaurant. Walmart bathrooms are cleaner! I will NOT...
