Went and picked my food up & was questioned on if I really got a meal. Asked for a side of sour cream and the girl was mad and didn’t give it to me. Got home and opened my bowl and it was less than half full. Called the location asking for a manager and the girl, cheyenne, was extremely rude; refused to give the phone to a manager until I gave her my name for my order, when I told her I just needed to speak to a manager concerning my unfulfilled order she caught an attitude and mocked me, I then proceeded to hear her telling the people in the back that the lady on the phone is mad. The girl who got on the phone next didn’t give me her name or ask how she could help, just simply said “hello?” And I had to confirm it was the manager. When I’m telling her my concerns, the team members in the back are loudly laughing & she can’t even acknowledge what I’m saying to her because she was also laughing. I asked her if something was funny & she tells me I can come back for them to remake it. I was fuming at this point. I asked for her name, she told me it was Sydney, but who knows if that’s actually her name or if she was even the manager on duty. I get chipotle a lot & im not paying for a half empty bowl of food. The customer service is an actual dumpster fire. Laughing at customers who are already mad after they were given attitude is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Train your team better. Hire people who want to work instead of entitled lazy children. Customer service seems to be the biggest issue in this store seeing all of the other reviews just from the past month alone....
Read moreWhen I picked up my online order at this location I noticed that it was really light weight. I opened up my bowl and it was a little more than half full. You could see half the bottom of the actual bowl the food was in... I asked an employee if we could maybe add some more to the bowl. He went and talk to the manager. Instead of the manager coming up front to apologize and fix the issue she sent the worker back to tell me they could add some sides to the bowl but no meat. I agreed that would be fine and he told me I needed to go get in line because he can't get me the sides. The line had several people waiting already and told him that my food would get even colder than it already was from this issue. So I suggested that he throw my order away and I would get in line and just make a new bowl. He had to go talk with the manager again and still she did not come to try and make this issue right. Instead she sent the employee back to tell me we couldn't do that. I decided to get a refund after this terrible service. I eat chipotle for lunch almost every work day and I will be taking my business elsewhere, I suggest everyone...
Read moreOMG SO UPSET !!!! Tuesday morning and burrito is on my dinning room table untouched . Why is it untouched the guy with the long blonde hair kept wiping his noes with his wrist , then he started cleaning up with the gloves throwing food away never changing them then the ultimate foul was in the middle of making my burrito he pulled up his pants witch were filthy !!!!!! Then preceded to grab the lettuce with his nasty gloves and rolled my burrito . SMH The only reason why i just took the burrito because i was tired I worked 4 16 hour shifts in a row and I wanted a chipotle burrito bad as my reward and it was late and i didn't want to make a scene . I was supper tired . If you look at the pictures and receipt you will see the date was yesterday . And Im posting this today the next morning . My husband was supper upset and offered to go get me something . But i just went to sleep and woke up hungry . This is not OK and unsanitary . I was hungry but not enough to get sick .
