i had the Mediterranean hot dog! Had all my FAVORITE INGREDIENTS - why not try it on one of the BEST HOT DOGS I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!! Can NOT BEAT IT!!!

If your used to the traditional pork n cutlet toppings for a sandwich....TRY IT ON A HOT DOG! Why not right? Live a little, thats what i did tonight. Never know what your palate is missing ya know ?? ....anddddddddd, I'm so glad I did dude!!! -- holy moley DID THEY IMPRESSSSSSSS - WHAT the haaiillllll!!!!!!!!-- (I'd love to use non-christian words BUTTT....) the macaroni salad, made me feel like I was sitting in my grandmoms kitchen! The polite and welcoming vibes HIT LIKE HOME. Being welcomed is second nature! Sit outside and enjoy the sights and sounds of being on the island with delicious food. Seriously can NOT beat it NOR WILL YOU find anything better thats so simple. Ohhhh!?!?! .. and did I mention they have cutlets and sausage among evey other thing you can think of from burgers to seafood. BRO.... You HAVE to check this place out and of course you gotta get one of their all famous t-shirts with some very catchy sayings! I had a hard time choosing which one to get!

Hours when you call in are not reflective of the actual hours their open.

Apparently people in the "off season" don't matter because they can't be bothered to let anyone know when they're open. Their excuse? They have Comcast for their voicemail. Really? They probably have no idea how to change it, are ashamed to admit it, and have no interest in doing so.

I don’t use or check social media for business hours and many companies neglect their pages IF they even have them at all! Calling the business should be the be all end all of their hours. Apparently not here!

So, good luck if you're trying to go in the off season. Because they don't care about you.

Can't review the food because the two times I went they were closed.

If you can’t change your voicemail which clearly your hours THEN DON’T HAVE IT AT ALL.

The one star review is for not accurately updating when your location is open. Imagine how frustrating it would be calling your mechanic, listening to the hours of operation on the phone, driving there, and then finding out they're closed because they couldn't be bothered to update their hours of operation on the phone. Everyone would be upset about something that's a simple fix.

I absolutely did call that day in the beginning of September and I do not appreciate being called a liar.

I don't use social media to check business hours as so many MANY small businesses (such as yourself) can't be bothered to update their information across multiple sites. When dealing with other small business I've done exactly what I did with yours; called for the hours of operation. Every. Other. Time. the hours have been correct. This is the FIRST time a business has DIRECTLY provided me with the incorrect hours of operation.

I am not "bashing" you for a "nonsensical" reason. Your hours of operation were incorrect ON YOUR OWN PHONE SYSTEM.

Stop trying to be cute and hiding behind an off putting dismissal. It speaks VOLUMES that you're not owning up to...

Upon arrival, I was greeted by an impolite elderly lady with a miserable attitude which was shocking based on all of the over the top and wonderful reviews. I was uncomfortable by that interaction and felt very irritated. Once we ordered, the food was good - nothing I’d go back for- just very a basic loaded hot dog. Very overpriced as well. Then we had a staff member there who was very inconsiderate and disruptive to private conversations and asked multiple times within a span of five minutes as to how our experience was going, which made me visibly irritated after I already had tried to let go of the first unpleasant interaction. The female staff there needs a reality check and lesson in manners, very catty and one day I’m sure someone isn’t going to be afraid of the consequences to putting them in their place. I spoke to some others who had the same unpleasant interactions with them. Very interesting that people who barely work are so unkind and miserable.

Overall, just go boil your own hotdog lol.

Update Response to Owner: You’re welcome for the 3 star review! My pleasure. It was based on the food and definitely not the hospitality. I was already uncomfortable with the interactions I already had, why on earth would I escalate it further or spread that negativity. I instead decided to continue eating and ignore the unpleasant exchanges and hovering into private conversations every 2 minutes… it’s obvious that conflict is welcomed there. As I said before, you should refrain staff and remind staff of being kind and courteous to everyone who enters unless issues arise.
