Let me start by saying this location just did a remodel and it looks wonderful and i look at Starbucks as the top coffee place in my area. That being said the service at this location is trash. On this visit i went inside to order since my previous experience with the drive-thru was about as SLOW and BAD as it could be. When i entered i see 7 employees (1 person working the counter coffee machines, 1 at the window, 1 helping make drinks for the window and the rest really doing nothing other than empty trash) The customer in front of me wanted to order 2 drinks and was told "a specialty drink would be a 15 min wait" and ended up getting just 2 large black coffee's ---- and still waited 10 mins. I ordered -- 2 tall mocha's (1 white and 1 dark chocolate) and while i waited i found out why the drive-thru takes forever ----- They dont even take an order from the drive thru until the person at the window drives off, no matter how long that takes!!! Well after 15 min for my drinks to be finished (mind you this employee was only doing orders from the counter or call ins) he handed me 2 cups of ICE COLD MILK -- not HOT DRINKS as was ordered. When i said to him these are literally cold-- he says do you want me to warm them up in the microwave!!! I looked at the other customers then back at him and simply said no but i would like them redone correctly -- to which his response was "RELAX i know how to fix it --its my job". Read moreI have been going to this Starbucks location regularly since 2015. Generally the workers are kind, drinks are fast, and everything alright. However the past year it’s been gradually going downhill. I’ve never had to ask for a drink to be remade or had a wrong order until this past year. I try to avoid asking to have drinks remade or anything like that because I know the baristas are busy people. However, the number of incorrect drinks and remakes the past couple months are astonishing. I brushed it off the first couple times assuming maybe it was a hard day or something on the workers and that the mistakes wouldn’t continue. I’ve had to have drinks remade/corrected more than six times in the past three months. I couldn’t even get my frappe to go through the straw because there was so much ice. I asked for light ice. They did remake it but the improvement wasn’t much better. I decided to order something that didn’t involve blended ice from then on again to avoid remakes. Read moreThis is the 4 th time I've come to this location and they closed early. They saw me walking up and hurried to lock the door and turn off the lights. I knocked on the door and they ignored me. I tried calling and they ignored me. Tonight I pre ordered my drink and was there at 10:40. The door was locked so we knocked on the door and finally someone opened it a crack and asked what was up, we told them we had a mobile order. They said they were finishing the drinks and locked the door and made us wait outside. This is 20 minutes before they are supposed to close. Then one of the drinks were wrong so we had to go back and get their attention again. They acted like they weren't going to do anything about it and we had to politely ask them to remake it. They took the drink, shut and locked the door and remade it. They put their arm out the door and handed out the drink and immediately locked the door. I am extremely upset. We asked who the manager and district manager was and they said they didnt know. BS. Also the remade drink was still not correct. How hard is a mocha trap to make? Wont be back to this location.
