From the moment you step inside, you are greeted by the inviting aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the warm smiles of the staff. With its cozy ambiance, Barb's creates a welcoming atmosphere that is perfect for relaxing, catching up with friends, or finding a quiet spot to work.
One of the standout features of Barb's Coffee House is their dedication to sourcing high-quality coffee beans. As a coffee aficionado, I appreciate the single-origin beans to flavorful blends. The baristas are well-trained and passionate about their craft, ensuring that each cup of coffee is brewed to perfection. Whether you prefer a classic espresso or a handcrafted pour-over, Barb's will exceed your expectations.
Aside from their impressive coffee selection, Barb's also offers an array of delicious pastries and light bites. The pastries are freshly baked daily. I highly recommend pairing your coffee with one of their scrumptious treats for the ultimate indulgence.
The service at Barb's Coffee House is consistently friendly and attentive. The staff takes the time to engage with customers, making them feel like valued guests rather than just another order. Read moreIn my quest to find coffee shops that are independently owned I came across Barb’s coffee house on Google. My cars navigation got me to the address specified, which turned out to be a church in an industrial space, but being an intrepid explorer, I persevered and found a flag outside a little garden on the side of church advertising Barb’s. The coffee shop counter is through the door. Inside is a cavernous room - presumably the lobby of the church - with enough comfortable seating for at least 50 people. Read a couple of the other reviews below first an explanation of the church and its mission. Very commendable. For me my main interest is the coffee and a comfortable place to sit. The caramel latte was delicious, as was the enormous cinnamon roll I ate while drinking the coffee, together they only cost $9. Marvelous. There were many comfortable seats. The background music was calming. This is definitely a coffee shop to go out of your...
Read moreThis coffee shop is tucked away inside a church, and not a stand alone cafe. So, it’s possible to wonder why you end up at Alive Church and where exactly is the cafe. The coffee store is inside in a corner within the wide open church area. Coffee and tea selections are very standard and customer service is nice. They do have different flavors and add ons to your tea of coffee that can make it pretty good. The WiFi was so bad after trying hard to convince myself it’ll work sooner or later, after 30 minutes, I gave up and left. Guessed that is why lot of people weren’t really hanging out here. With all due respect to the church, I think it’s a great place. I’m all in respect of the church. Coffee store isn’t like the most hangout’s or...
