This is my first ever review. So, you expect to buy a cup of coffee to brighten your day. With over a year experience of Barista work, I know how to make all types of specialty drinks. When asking how many shots were in a drink, I got answers of how to make the drink. I just wanted to know how many shots. I can admit I was getting annoyed but I know I ordered for a caramel macchiato. The employee read it back to me and when announcing my drink for me to grab she said caramel. The macchiato had no caramel and even if she added any, it would fall to the bottom from the complete lack of foam . Not a single of pump of caramel and not a single layer of light foam.
