Had a terrible experience at this location. I placed an online order at 6:15PM for pick up at 6:45. I get there around 6:50 and told the cashier that I was there. She states that my order isn’t ready. I said ok. So I waited.. and waited.. 25 minutes had passed and I was still waiting. For reference.. multiple people had walked in after me and had gotten their order. So I walk up to the register, and I say “I’ve been waiting awhile and I placed a online order an hour ago.” She looked at the ticket that was taped to her register!! The ticket was.. right there.. in her face.. and My smoothie had been in the cooler the whole time!! I guess the girl had also failed to inform her coworker that I was there and had failed to check up on my order when she looked me dead in my eyes and saw me still standing there twice. The other girl that had my ticket failed to check up on my order too!! If I didn’t say anything I probably would have been waiting until closing. I was willing to drive 30 minutes for a smoothie from smoothie king and was treated this way. The attitude there is like you’re bothering them anytime you come up to the counter. By looking at the other reviews it seems like this is a trend at this location and probably with the same employees. I hope they find better ones. Read moreThis place is consistently slow and screws our order up every time. We always order ahead on the app. Still have to wait 30 minutes after the cited time it would be ready. We always order two and they always forget one that we have to wait even longer for. This time they had it made but left it sitting on the counter and ignored it instead of putting it in the pick up fridge with the other one. It was runny and melted by the time they tried to give it to us after several customers came, ordered and gone. Thankfully they remade it but a refund definitely should have been given. It just gets to me because I know what it’s like working in food service and watching this crew work with no sense of care or urgency is very frustrating. And this place has the same type of experience Each and every time. I hope Ocala comes out with a better smoothie...
Read moreI placed 2 online orders for pickup, And of course I had already paid online, I wanted a smooth process just to pickup and go, I went inside to checkout line for pick up, The manager asked me if i was waiting for my order, I told her yes if my online order was ready, She told me to wait since I was not 1st in line, The customer that was waiting for her order was outside, I had to wait for her to recieve her order 1st. Now I know in the future not to order online, Since the process is very difficult, Customer inside placing orders up front and wait outside establishment to pick up orders recieve better customer service, Online customer that have paid in advance, Just to pick & go are treated Poorly in customer services, Store Manager is leading a poor example in customer service to her employees on how to treat...
