Awful experience, we were waiting for about 20 minutes before the waitress came up and told us we have to leave because she wasnât going to serve us. We were understanding at first since it busy but the waitress went on a rant that didnât make sense since it wasnât us in the first place. So this lead to believe the waitress has prejudice biased towards my group of friends and I. I felt so discriminated I donât know if I was a person of color or maybe I look young, but thatâs not how you treat costumer right away. We legitly didnât do nothing, but she swear that we didnât tip her that much and we sat at a specific table but I havenât been there for months and she doesnât really attend us usually the male waiter that been there for years. If the manger seeing this please talk to her (reddish purple hair waitress) because she definitely in the wrong. Iâm going to pursue legal action since I feel this is a discriminatory offense based race, gender, or social economics status based off false allegations. Iâm really upset because I really like the restaurant they serve good food but I feel like I canât go back if the waitress has it out for me and towards my people. I feel unwelcome and targeted. And yes it was Wednesday night around 7:50 we in the middle between bar and the booth. I donât know what investigating will do as she already ruin our St. Patrick day yesterday and put us in bad mood. What was more frustrating is that I wanted to talk to a manger but she was the only one there. She wouldnât turn around to talk me pretending she was on the computer. Thatâs why I had file discriminatory report as the way you treat people have consequences.    Read moreI had a friend who introduced me to this place and I ordered a Reuben since they're my favorite sandwich and I was stoked to see they served it. I have to say that it WAS the BEST Reuben I ever had. That left a very good first impression with me. Service was good and prompt... Because of this first impression and experience, I've recommend and taken several friends here that are also Reuben sandwich fans. Now that being said... the friends that I've introduced here and myself decided to go back and get us a Reuben sandwich... BIG disappointment. Service was very slow and we were all on a lunch break and waited half of it for food. When the Reuben sandwiches finally came they were third the size that used to be from what we've always been served, very little meat and very fatty, but the same price. I even asked the waitress if they were cutting expenses and on a budget... I mentioned that the Reuben was not very good and small like the size of a kid's meal hamburger from McDonald's. She replied back and said they have a new cook. It seems like every new employee even the cook should be trained on how to make certain foods, what the processes are and how you cook the menu in order to keep things consistent, so your customers don't recognize the fact that you have new employees. This way business maintains the same, but this affected business personally for me and my friends who went. More than likely we'll not return due to the poor quality of that sandwich and paying the same price. It's sad because we always look forward to those sandwiches wheneverhenever...
   Read moreLove this place and frequent 2-3 times a week in the evening but Black Friday i came here for the 1pm football game. Met Erica, the manager, for the first time as she was the only server. Most definitly should have been more staffed as the wait was 30 mins to get her attention. Ordered food that arrived wrong and waited too long. Asked for corrected food and Erica is the most rude person I have ever met. She is argumentative and snippy at you. I was fearful of asking for anything further. I was thankful that she works weekday day shift and i usually visit in the evenings when she isn't here or else I would go somewhere else to spend my money. I am beyond a good tipper but that day I had to do a $0 tip. Okay, okay, some people have a bad day but I'm here again for Sunday football and she is ending her shift. We asked to change one of the 50 TVs to a Bronco game and she argued that we had one way across the way ( not close and no one was watching the tvs around us us). I explained i have a big family table of all Broncos fans and need at least two tvs. She said in a snotty voice, "that's literally what i am doing". She walked away and never did change ONE tv to the broncos. We had to ask Kobe and Brody (which are AMAZING and should be given a raise for working with Erika - we never want them to ever leave) and we had a tv changed in 2 secs with a smile. It's about time for a time out for Erica to take customer service advice from her staff. Love this place! Just not weekdays...
