So in my experienced this McDonald's is consistently problematic. Last time I went I will called prior to arriving and asked if I could use coupons and when I called I asked to speak to a manager to make sure that I was getting accurate information I got there and apparently that was not the case end up having to pay full price for what I was told I wouldn't have to worry about not being able to use a coupon even though I was ordering for multiple people then after that I arrived another time I made 7 orders all separate and it took 15 minutes just to get the order in because the has she had no idea what she was doing she was getting stressed out because there were seven different orders and couldn't find the condiments I wanted and didn't want on the different burgers. Then after I finally got everything together and all my orders I asked for a big bag nobody cared to find one the girl I asked that took my order said sure gave me a little bag I had 7 bags to fit in it wouldn't fit so I had to ask some random employee walking by hey can you get me a large bag. Then I left and realized that they had forgotten my drinks so I had to turn around and by the time I got back there after how long it took literally an hour the food was cold when I went back in to get the drink for the meal I got one of the meals anyway the fries were cold I exchange those by the time I got back to work all the food was cold I had to apologize to every employee that I picked...

First I ordered at 1.12pm they tell me to park (don’t really know why my order wasn’t super big but okay) I proceeded to wait for over 40 mins, I finally go over the drive through again and the cashier tells me to go talk to the second window because she doesn’t know why they’ve been taking so long but she remembered my order. I go to the second window and they have me go to the THIRD window to wait for my food (again) all the employees who helped me were nice and willing to help except for the manager who didn’t try to help me and wasn’t at all communicating with me. After I tried to explain my order to this person I give up and just wanted my money back.. this “manager” comes back with my card and starts asking me for proof that I had been waiting there for over 40 minutes or they couldn’t proof I actually had been waiting? Huh? Okay I don’t have that so I just showed the charge on my card… also they tried to charge me extra for my full order because to the dumb manager I never paid for everything I was claiming I ordered? But then said they couldn’t verify my order? But was sure I didn’t pay for half? What? This all didn’t make sense to me, I was obviously irritated by this point I just drove away, I didn’t get my money back and I never got my order.. this location needs to train their managers properly because that person was not at all helpful and was super rude since...
Read moreMy Daughter and I went through the drive through and were helped by Jared S.. He was welcoming, polite, courteous, funny, and in the end he made sure that we had everything that we needed with a spark! Meaning, that he was warm and caring, but also funny and playful with a great personality. Then he did something I've never heard at a fast food restaurant. He asked if there was anything else we'd like to try which made me think about the menu a second time. This courteous, simple, open-ended question is genius, and the management here and at the regional of district level should be paying attention to Jared in a MASSIVE way!! His way should be the direction McDonald's trains all of its employees in. I have no idea what he makes, but he deserves a raise, and the person who hired him deserves one too! If I were the District/Regional Manager at McDonald's, I would make him the Director of Morale and Training but I would call his position "VP of Heart".
All that to say, this was easily our best experience ever at a fast food restaurant. I've been going to fast food restaurants for 48 years, and still regularly visit them while doing constructing work to buy lunch for my crew. McDonald's is often thought of as the bottom of the barrel when it comes to employees, and employee morale.
