So I got a Travis Scott meal on September 9th 2020 around 5:22 pm. i heard it was 6 dollars. Got charged 8.50 in the drive thru. I asked if it was 6 like the sign said and the woman said she would apply a discount. When I pulled up to pay for it the cashier told me 8.50 again. I called this out once more. This was a different person than who talked to me in the drive thru. She asked if I wanted a receipt. I said yes. She didn't seem to hear me. I was hungry so I let her charge my debit card so I'd have a record to check later. After I ate I checked my account and I had 8.50 charged. So I called and gave the story and the ticket info (I was order 1444 on September 9th 2020 at 5:22). They said they'd compensate me for the difference. They said they've had issues getting the new discount to work. I told them I'd be in the next day. No big deal. Just a miscommunication. But on September 10th 2020 I came back at 9:53 am (order 84). I told them the situation again and I pulled back up to the cashier. After an apology I got 2.02 back. The receipt read as a refund replacing the mistake by reading as a refund for 2 sausage biscuits for 2 dollars. I asked why I wasn't getting 2.50 back. They didn't really answer me. The 2 employees just muttered to each other. One went back in the drawer and gave me another 31 cents back with no explanation. Was it actually 6 straight? Was it actually supposed to be 6 with some tax charged? THIS I would've accepted. But I got nothing when I asked this. So I either got short changed or ignored when I asked a reasonable question. I wasnt going to go full karen over some change. So I just left to write about this. Just wanted people to know that this particular McDonald's isnt very skilled when it comes to discounts, special orders, refunds, or communication. Not sure if I'll go back. Do what you like with this info. Just had to get this out there. Burger...
Read moreI am going to leave my full experience and leave a honest review. Upon going to this McDonald's we originally went there because I had to use the restrooms. After doing this I ordered on the kiosk decided I wanted to pay cash and not use my card. Went to the counter to pay cash stood there while a employee ran around with her child in the kitchen. Then they bring out my coworkers food and launch it all over the floor in the dining room. There were 2 other children barefoot running around walking in Dr Pepper and food. After this worker decides to mop it up with the greasy kitchen mop but then got there lobby mop. Meanwhile I'm still standing by the cash register no one approaches or ask if I need anything. So I go back to the kiosk and type my entire order and pay with a card. So to recap- We have employees running around with kids in the kitchen, food and drinks all over the middle of the floor, kids running barefoot all over the lobby from the playground area, and a staff that doesn't know how to help customers at all.
Side note this McDonald's I have never been 2 but is pretty much ran like a gang.
I then go wait for my food after 20 minutes I go to the counter to see what's going on then my food comes out.
While eating we have more people come in 1 guy has fish hooks on his ears as ear rings idk. If you love horror movies or people watching, or lawsuits in action then come here they even have babys in there kitchen
Shameful and disrespectful if I was the owner or mangers I would want to step it up why would someone even want to work at this unprofessional...
Read moreFood is on par with what I expect from McDonalds. I'm writing this review because I was here in Lima for a UNOH conference, and ate at this McDonald's twice because our hotel had trash breakfast. Day 1 the service was great, the lady who took my money was very polite and the people at the second window knew what they were doing! Great food, well prepared, the steak Bagel was not falling apart like it normally is back home. Day 2 the person who took my order was short with me but I understand, it's 7 in the morning... I get to the window and the man hands me a drink that's not mine, I tell him that I had ordered sweet tea, in the most polite southern way that I could, then he proceeds to cuss to himself about the screen being out of order, then mumbles to himself while he basically tosses my food to me, very rude. Completely different vibe from the first day, and again I know people have bad days. The Bagel was kind of slid around and they used too much of the sauce so it was very messy, but tasted fine, the bagels were toasted perfectly both times, so I gave the food 5 stars because well, it was McDonald's quality that I expect. The service I gave 3 stars out of 2 days because the man I felt was too rude and kind of made my morning feel 'off'. The atmosphere is McDonald's, it's average 3 star McDonald's atmosphere. Overall I would go back to this location though, as long as I don't get cussed at in the drive-through again. (And it was certainly better breakfast than...
