Really terrible experience with nothing but cakes. It’s my daughters birthday tomorrow so I placed a cupcake order for 11am 2-25-2025 we found a coupon so we were trying to do a buy one get one free. Turns out it wasn’t for the cupcakes I ordered which was fine but then when I asked to exchange the cupcakes for just a nice cake the employee stated that she could do it if they didn’t already make my order. Why would they make my order already when I placed one for tomorrow morning ? I thought this was a made to order nice bakery not make it 24 hours in advanced, especially for the price you pay for these cakes. Long story short being pressed on time they made me spend 30 more dollars and gave me the cake on display which god knows how long they had that in the case. Won’t be going back here 80 bucks in the hole dealing with them and the manager just hid in the back no help.

I made a joking comment about driving from Findlay, we all had a good laugh and we were leaving- then the young woman popped her head out again and told us to wait. A gentleman ran out with a dozen bundt-tinis!! They just gave them to us… I already LOVE the cakes, but the customer service is now top-notch, in my eyes!! Thank you so much for making the evening special for our family. We were blown away!

Nice charming little store. They have a large variety of bundt cakes. The carrot was not my favorite, but everything else was really good. Can't say anything about cake generally. You can purchase a bag for $4.00, which allows you to get buy 3 get 4th free when you bring bag in.

I work at Basil in Perrysburg, one of our guest brought a BEAUTIFUL 2 tier bundt cake in for their daughter's birthday. Luckily, they were gracious enough to give me a slice and LEMME tell you, this cake was MAGICAL. I came home and searched y'alls website immediately! I got to enjoy the traditional vanilla with flower petal frosting, it was definitely the best cake I have ever had. Super soft and moist and the frosting is perfect. 10/10.
