Undo's West — Restaurant in Ohio

Went for the Thursday buffet and was so disappointed. I went right at 4pm so everything was fresh and being my first time I didn't know if there would be a wait. Firstly let me make it clear that the service staff was Great! My complaints are specifically with food. The salad was in a tray if ice but it stuck out so far it was room temperature and starting to wilt. The "buffet" options were baked salmon, flavored rice and pizza. The Salmon was so dry and flavorless, the rice was overcooked and tasted horrible it had a Spanish rice vibe but tasted bitter and mushy, the pizza looked tasty but was luke warm on bottom and cold on top. But wait! There was still a chance for redemption! There is a create your own pasta bar with plenty of toppings kept cold properly in ice baths. However after selecting my ingredients and having them cooked I got back to my table to realize even after watching him skillet cook the toppings and heat up the pasta in a hot water bath it somehow was barely warm and the chicken was that frozen grilled bag chicken that has that certain taste that can't be denied. I wanted this to be awesome and become my new place to go on Thursdays but I quickly realized I had made a mistake. This setup was similar to a low end wedding reception in the summer sun. The only food item I enjoyed was the table bread and its complimentary....

This guy has been harassing me every chance he gets on the weekends at this restaurant I used to enjoy going to. It's been happening now for 6 months. I have complained to the staff every time he approaches me. I have asked him to leave me alone every time and he won't. He tells me "no, I can leave". I finally had enough after he calls me a insult for the 50th time I pulled my phone out to record. I'm tired of it, this is how I've been treated for over 6 months now, with no provocation. This started after he approached me and I had asked him not to talk to me about anything related to politics and as I'm walking away I start getting called names. My intention is not to hurt the restaurant or the staff but this type of behavior is not acceptable. I've been told "it's just bar behavior" it's not. In any bar, Anywhere. He has done this to me at least 4 or 5 times now. He refuses to leave me be. If he is doing this to me how many other people do you think he has done this to over the past 6 months. These are not new complaints, I've been pretty loud about this from the start so I won't believe that this is a surprise to anyone.

Went there with a friend and immediately was hit with the smell of sewer gas upon entering the main hallway. My friend assured me that the experience would get better.... The menu while trying to appeal to a wide variety of tastes was unoriginal and typical of what you find when non-Italians are attempting to sell Italian food. Most everything is pre-made, purchased from Sysco and an utter fail. I had their Italian sausage that was sour and barely chewable with the skin being undercooked. The ravioli were mushy and overcooked. The garlic bread stale and again barely chewable. The waiter was kind, courteous and tried to direct me to palatable. Being Italian I try to always be supportive of restaurants serving Italian food, but Undos is a complete fail. Save your money unless mediocre food is acceptable to you. I cannot endorse this...
