Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Ohio

Curbside service very fast: I ordered my pizza online and about 20 minutes later, it was ready. I pulled up in front of the restaurant; there was no curbside pickup signs though so I was confused on where to wait. I pulled in the handicap space in front (we were legally able to park there as well since we have a handicapped permit) and was wondering if there was another area. On the website, they have you indicate the make, model, and color of your car, so the guy quickly figured out where I was. They brought out my pizza very quickly. It was the fastest I have ever gotten my food.

We got the regular pizza for my father. I found the crust and cheese which was to be a bit browner than I like to be okay. It was not great pizza that I would want to get every week, but it was okay. The half with hamburger and black olives was a bit uneven with two of the slices not getting their fair share of toppings. They say their dining room is open and they close at 9 but this can't be further from the truth. This exact thing happened two times in a row. We get there to dine in a little after 8 and we are turned away. This time we walked in the door at 8:15 and we were asked if we had a call in, and we said no, we would like to eat here. We were told by some kid that just looked like he didn't want to work, that they aren't taking any more tables and I would have to get something to go.....mind you they only had ONE table that had people dining in. I told him that, and he told me we close at 9. I said, buddy it's 8:15! Then he said again I would have to get something to go. We just turned around and walked out. The service was good our server was very friendly and pleasant, we did the buffet which was decent they have the cinnastix, breadsticks, not sure if the pasta was supposed to be there Alfredo but it was good (unless you do not like garlic) it also had an assortment of different pizzas (which was great because they switched it up every new one that came out) it also included the salad bar which was the typical set up. Our overall experience was good they are kid friendly and give crayons and a color sheet. They only do the buffet on Sundays 12-2 and Wednesday 4:30-7 for anyone who is interested in trying it out.
