Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Olive Branch

Throwing and Going: I visited this location and was little taken back by, the lack of friendlies of what I assumed was a manager/leader in the store and cleanliness when it was just staff members and myself. I felt from the beginning that I was doing him a favor for being there. I ordered a burrito and got a torn wrap, so I said something and was disregarded and he gave it to me anyways… I ordered a medium queso I addition to a “meal deal” and got stream table water in it from him dumpling the container on its side to get the last little out. To top it off got 6 chips no joke, actually 6 chips, I asked for more and got 6 more.. ( I guess he didn’t want to have to make more and was trying to make it stretch…?). I am giving it two stars because at least the meat I had to wait for him to get finished cooking was fresh. All tables were filthy and had not been wiped in weeks. The salsa line was thrown all over the place. Just dirty...

Moes is a really great place! They serve taco's, burritos, salads, rice bowls, crunch wraps and more. Now when i listed those don't think its like taco bell because its nothing like that at all. It combines the buid your own item style that subway uses with sandwiches except replace sandwich with tradional southwestern style food. You get to chose between refried, pinto, and black beans. On the meat side of things there is chicken, beef, steak and even carnitas(pork). All the toppings you can think of mutiple types of pico and dressings. Awsome tasteing chips are given with each order to which you can go to the salsa bar that has multiple types of salsa. I personally like the medium tradional and pineapple salsa. I have been a frequent patron of Moe’s for a very long time. This location has gone down DRASTICALLY. They exude poor customer service and no sense of urgency. I purposely put my order in way ahead of time to make sure that it’s ready when I arrive and 9x out of 10 it is no where near ready. Tonight I had an additional 25 minute wait after arriving. What exactly is the point of ordering on an app if you still have to wait for everyone in the line to be serviced before they prepare your meal?! To add insult to injury the tall young man who appeared to be a manager was very rude when I voiced my concerns. They need training on how to properly run a food assembly line. They need training on customer service interactions. They need training on how to properly handle customer concerns. Today was by far the worst experience that I have had in this store....
