I used to LOVE this smoothie king until today. The blonde cashier that is working today, August 18 at approximately 8:20a.m. is the absolute nastiest, rudest, human operating a cash register. I ordered an Activator with extra protein and since I get it often I know the total pretty much by heart. Therefore when the cashier( I'm trying to be nice) opened the window and said, "That will be $6.05, you want a receipt." I knew the total sounded off, so I asked very simply and nicely, "What was the total again?" The cashier with her mask under her chin, said, "DO YOU WANT A RECEIPT?" I said, "Yes..but-" The cashier rolled her eyes and closed the window cutting me off in mid sentence. Absolutely not. First of all, whether or not I want a receipt is irrelevant if my order is wrong! I asked for the total to be repeated BEFORE you charged my card for something I didn't order! That's why you always state a part of the order to the customer first before initiating a transaction. Like, "You had the so n so? Ok that'll be $6.00" Instead of rudely and robotically asking Do you want a receipt? I asked her to open the window and said "You have an attitude and I don't want you preparing any of my food. Give me my card back please." The cashier proceeds to get belligerent and argue with me! I had to ask for my debit card back 3 times before she handed it over. I left and went to the Getwell location and was treated with the upmost respect!! Well this experience was different. On yday 5\13, I had one of THEE best CS experience. I wanted a good healthy, tasty, not too sweet smoothie but never know what to really pick bcuz of the variety of options. So, I literally chose the 1st thing I saw. Afterwards, I told my ma maybe I shouldn't have gotten that bcuz it has bananas. Well, we get to the window & Ms. Bethaney went over & beyond without me mentioning anything. She offered me a sample & asked if I had it before. I've never in my many years of coming to Smoothie King knew we could try a sample or exchange an ingredient for the next. But Bethaney educated me. Then she suggested another one for me based on my taste request, which I loved. Shortly after, while waiting Ms. Bethaney came to the car with the new smoothie & offered yet again another sample to be sure I liked it. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Bethaney girl, I dnt know your specific role but you were Awesome!!! So kind, professional, & caring. She deserves a promotion!! IJS. My mom & I both left saying repeatedly, "Wow, she was so nice & accommodating." I use to visit this location at lest 3 to 5 times a week but now they will not see another dime of my money, I was at work in Southaven so I place a order on my app which I end up ordering from the wrong location ( O.B.). I called to cancel my order which they told me I’ll be refunded. Got a email that I was refunded but never actually got the funds. Talk to employees twice about it no help, called again thought I got lucky and spoke to the owner which was no help at all no more then we refunded you and thank you for your business. SMDH. They researched but couldn’t actually prove to me that I was actually refunded. So I match my history from the app and my account and it do not show I actually got a refund. Do it add up ⬇️
