My wife and I decided to give this location another try after a bad experience about a year to year and a half ago. As soon as we walked up to the counter, I knew this was a bad idea. The counter workers acted as if we were inconveniencing them by placing an order. So we pay for our two pizzas and an order of sweet bites, they give us three electronic coasters. My wife's pizza arrives at the table, while I'm trying to get our drinks. I sit down in time to see my pizza being delivered to another table. I watch other customers who ordered after us get their orders. My wife is half way done with her pizza, when the woman delivering the food brings a pizza, which has already been paraded to the entire location twice, to our table and says " This must be yours". I looked at her and replied " That is not my pizza, and that tag is not my name or my number." She replied " Didn't you order a BBQ pizza, this is the only one so it must be yours". My reply " I ordered a BBQ and added certain items, which this one is missing, so it isn't mine." She then asks " How can I make this right? Can I have them make you another pizza? " I replied " I don't want another pizza, this is the exact reason why we haven't ate here in a year or so. You deliver my pizza and sweet bites to a different table then and you did it again today. If I get another pizza, how do I know it's not going to be delivered to another table again." She just looked at me and said " I will refund both pizzas, is that OK? And we can make you another for free." I replied " Then refund them, I don't want anything at this point." My wife goes to the register to get the refund finalized. During that time, our sweet bites come out and are delivered to another table that is also having an issue getting their pizzas. My wife comes back to the table and places an order of sweet bites down. She says " They refunded the pizzas and gave me the sweet bites for free." I looked at her and said " How are they free? Did they refund those too?" She looked at the receipt and said "No, they didn't". I replied " So they aren't free, we paid for them." It was about this time the woman who was delivering the food came back to the table. She looks at me and says " I can't deal with this in my heart, I can personally make you a pizza and bring it to you." I looked at her and replied " You already refunded the pizzas, I don't want anything else from you." I know she was trying to correct the issue but she just make the situation worst by coming back to the table. How can they give you an electronic coaster and still screw up the delivery of the food? So in a nut shell, we will not be visiting this location ever again. There are plenty of restaurants in the area that will be happy to take our orders and deliver it to the...
Read moreCame here on Friday night. This was my first time here and my initial impressions weren't good. The ordering process was chaotic. We ordered 3 pizzas, 1 order of cinnamon bites, and 1 order of the garlic bread bites. They gave me buzzers for each item we ordered, so here I am with a stack of 5 buzzers! As I'm trying to find a table, one of my buzzers starts going off....of course I've got a stack of them so I have no idea which one it is! I then go up to the counter where the workers are receiving the finished orders. It took awhile to figure out which buzzer of my stack of 5 was going off! I knew my son's pizza was coming out first so I was able to figure it out. A few minutes later more of my buzzers go off and I start walking up but the employee was already bringing the other pizzas to my table. They put our pizza's down, and there were ingredients clearly missing. My wife and I both ordered the "Honey It's Hot" specialty pizza. Both of our pizzas came to our table without the feta cheese or honey drizzle. We said something to the person dropping them at our table and he had to take them back up to be corrected. I mean, our order is clearly written on the tickets, is it not? Then as we're eating our pizzas, it becomes clear that my wife's pizza had the spicy sauce on it that was supposed to come on the pizza. My pizza however had no additional heat so it's clear to me they screwed up and put the regular sauce on my pizza. Oh, and the Coke was completely out the entire time and no one apparently was going to bother to fix it. I will say, our pizzas were very good. I did enjoy the taste...but the ordering process of this place is completely bonkers and chaotic. Some things really need to be tweaked. Why not give ONE buzzer for the table's order instead of handing me a cumbersome stack of buzzers? Better yet, hand the guests a number card they can stick on their table, so the workers can bring all the food as it is done...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I just dined in at Pyros on Goodman Rd. We have been very loyal customer of Pyros and we’re excited for our dinner tonight. We both ordered the buffalo chicken pizza and requested that it be made without onions. It was made with onions even after I spoke to two of the girls saying “no onions.” The girl who put the onions on then sat there and tried to pick through my pizza and pick out all the onions she had put on. We asked them to make a new pizza because we really don’t like onions and the employee had just picked all through our pizza. The employees then acted like we were the problem and were very annoyed at our request for a new pizza. Then after remaking my pizza, the same employee was making my boyfriend’s pizza and picked up a handful of onions to put on his pizza, when he also had asked for no onions. Onions fell off her glove and onto the pizza. They were very rude and nobody apologized. The restaurant was also very filthy. Plates were scattered all over the tables, food and trash all over the floor, with no one cleaning up. Behind the counter where the food was being made was also disgustingly dirty. It’s a complete shame that one of our favorite restaurants in Southaven was ruined all because of the horrible customer service provided by disrespectful and lazy employees who couldn’t care less. Not a good look at all on the business. We will...
