Arby's — Restaurant in Olympia

If I could give zero stars I would! Worst Arbys ever! I had an issue with the service here at this location a year ago. I tried to give it another chance and should have trusted my gut instinct. I will now drive 20 minutes out of the way to the Arbys across town to get my fix for my family and I. I never have an issue at that location in Lacey and the food is always good. Ordered a French dip for my son with no cheese as he has a severe allergy, and a medium crinkle cut fry. Checked my order and it had cheese. My fries were half way empty and had cold crumb crinkle cut fries and majority cold curly fries. I explained to the drive thru that I needed no cheese due to the allergy and asked for a fresh fry as I strictly asked for crinkle not crinkle cold crumbs mixed with cold curlys. Not to mention they weren’t busy at all only one car in front of me so there’s no excuse. They made my fries fresh but proceeded to give me the same sandwich back with cheese scraped off and still noticeably on the meat at this point I’m upset. Already waited a long time for nothing when they weren’t busy and wanted to get home I ask for a refund and was refused a manager who was a young adult or teenager apologized and said they would make another sandwich they did and I when I brought it to my son it was soggy and the meat was dry and hard in most parts and not edible for him. Sadly I paid $10.49 for a small fry. I’m not one to complain but with the rising cost of things customers expect decent food that they are paying for at least edible. When I say avoid this Arbys at all costs please do. Seems to be the common trend at this location according to the other reviews. Makes no sense that this location is seriously lacking on all levels. Waited in line for over 40mins got my order ,so happy I have my order and got home. Unwrapped the 2 french dip and the 2 fish and 1 Rueben. The Rueben was so soggy the bread was falling apart all the way through! small lump of corned beef and half a piece of swiss cheese !! THe fish burgers were the same soggy and that was without the lettuce and tomato! Dared to open the 2 French Dips (MY usual favorite) Ha! Bread was ok meat was circa half as much as before, and yes a half a slice of swiss cheese on each one. Called the place on Harrison and explained the problems, asked if they could deliver a reorder since this one was uneatable. Apparently they had no delivery drivers even though the web says the do deliver and they use "Doordash". It was suggested I come back to the store and pick up a new order. Screem! I already waited 40mins in drive through line, wondering If I would run out of gas before I finally got to the window. Can't say how disappointed and disgusted I am at the moment and I will think hard and fast about trying this arbys again since this is not the first order problem from there. This Arby's is habitually the slowest Arby's in the Olympia area. I have waited over 30 minutes, seriously 30 minutes in the drive-thru. I've waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru at other times and said screw it and jumped out of line in the drive-thru. I just went there again today because I saw that there was only one car in the drive-thru and it still took 25 minutes and I'm pretty sure the gentleman that took my order was high. He didn't know what the names of the sandwiches were. I had to repeat the name of the meal order 4 times. He took 5 minutes to repeat back one sandwich order. I had to say Coke three times. There was a long pause, like full 3 mins. I had to ask if he got everything. When I got up to the window the order was wrong anyways. For more than $12 you should get a full meal. Nope. Just a small sandwich overloaded with sauce and no fries. The manager gave me some "free" fries as I noticed there were none in the bag as she handed it to me. The guy looked baked out of his mind and just stood next to the broken milkshake machine as the manager worked....
