Nicole's is the best Brunch for Olympia every weekend. Nicole brought it back after stopping Brunch for a few months. Great bargain for drinks and lunch, dinner, bar food options. My favorite is the Club Sandwich and Side Salad. The Side Salad is actually a salad, and not from a bag. I hate the lettuce and grated carrots for a Side Salad! Not here. Today we had Brunch. I ordered the Veggie Omelet with English Muffin and Hollandaise Sauce. It was filled with sautéed zucchini, greens, tomatoes, and more. Topping off with their pickled red onions and home fries. It's a meal for two! My friend had the Eggs Benedict and said it was perfect. My other friend was not feeling like eating, but decided on the Avocado Toast on Sourdough, and ate 50% because it was so good-- we all took half home for later in paper microwave friendly containers. Yes it is a bar, no kids. But, it's the best bar, grill, and Brunch service in town. Happy Hour is a good deal, and this is the only bar I've recommended for single women or LGBTQ+ for a watering hole and safe space. Menu prices as of September 2025.

Went here for a good bite for the first time on a warm mid week evening. Went inside, and it was busy & VERY LOUD. A lot going on with tables, & a group of 8-10 women in the middle of the restaurant were having a major cackle-fest, hooting & hollering!🤓 We smiled, looked around, almost left, but decided to get a drink and eat outside. Bartenders were super busy, and it was a energetic place. I was here when it was the Underground years ago. Small outside sitting area, but we ordered and enjoyed the evening sky. It's right next to the road, so the noise can be daunting at times. Got our food, very nice server, and the salads were awesome. Good flavors, well appointed, and very tasty. Cold drinks, but you have to go in to get another as they don't (didn't) come outside to check.. the other 4 tables were left with dishes that new patrons had to push to the side. This was the smoking area we found out as well..ugh. I'll try it again.. Lively bar & place with good food. Lots of locals.

Ran sound here for a second time. Los Riffers on stage, and I recorded the set so I had to show up early and spend the entire day here. It is a very chill vibe. I had a French dip and it was surprisingly really, really good. It was a smaller, mellower crowd this time, but to me the venue really shone this time. The staff treated me with great hospitality, allowing me to set up and putting on my baseball game for me to help pass downtime. I was there from about lunch till closing and they were professional, clean, courteous, and very helpful. They went out of their way to hold doors open, make sure we were hydrated and fed, and comfortable. I spilled a drink at one point and was helped with it quickly and happily. Great little spot. Wonder what a more crowded show would be like in there, though I'm not sure they host that type of thing.

The owner "Nicole" said on Google: "I (Nicole) was born and raised in Olympia and became a bartender in my early 20’s. I never imagined it turning into a career choice, but I fell in love with it from minute one. 19 years later, I am finally an owner and I can’t tell you how elated I am. My mission as part owner includes: 1. Providing excellent customer service on every level. 2. Providing a space that is comfortable and safe. 3. Hosting fundraisers and events in order to give back to my community as often as possible."

Nicole, if you want to give back to the community, then treat us all as such. I've never been treated so poorly at a local place that I'm trying to support as we have so few good venues in Olympia. I am a small business owner, so I will tell all of my customers NOT to got o this place as I'm so disappointed that after COVID lockdown you did NOT improve, in fact its worse

#! The customer service is non existent. #2 The food is marginal, at best. #3 When they have live music, most of the good tables are reserved (many times by Nicole or her close friends, as far as I can tell). #4 The servers/bartenders are rude!! The only person willing to help me and my staff, who I was treating to a "Girl's Night Out", was a very friendly busboy (for lack o a better title) #5 Our food was cold, the drinks were not great and the Customer Service she refers to in the above quote from her own words is poor. Old, cold food, plates, glasses and drinks from patrons who shared our table were NEVER cleared, (ours was also left to rot!) nor did any one on her staff offer a takeout box. Disgusting... #6 Having a live band does NOT excuse such poor treatment! I will never recommend or take people I care about to this place again. I was sorely disappointed for the third time, thus this one...

What happened to this place? I am genuinely so dissapointed. I have never had such an awful experience dining in Olympia. I’m going to start with saying if you’re going to charge $15 per cocktail, and $20 per meal, you HAD BETTER be grateful, and provide great service, especially since you will be receiving a percentage of that check for gratuity.

Well, not here! In all honesty, we shouldn’t have even tipped. The service was deplorable. We were the ONLY occupied table in the restaurant, with the exception of two men at the bar. There is LITERALLY no excuse.

There was only 4 people in our party. Our drinks sat empty for 10+ minutes. All of our food came out at different times. Somebody in our party was almost halfway through their meal before the next plate came out. It was bad. The wings were tough and chewy, like they were overcooked and then sat under a heat lamp for too long. When 3/4 meals were served, the server came up to our table and let us know that the 4th meal was missing ingredients, and needed to be subbed for something else. Our server was drab, no personality, very unwelcoming and un-personable.

This used to be THE place to go. The food used to be great, and the service.

It’s disrespectful. To spend your hard-earned money somewhere and be disregarded. This place just doesn’t care anymore.

Our tab was over $150. And for what? Honestly, what a disappointment, especially because this was supposed to be a special occasion graduation dinner.

SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY, TIME, and...

It was an okay place. It was busy. Had a nice outdoor seating area. Minimal bathrooms so there is always a line. Service was slower due to the amount of people in the place. Service was nice and we're doing the best they could. Drinks were okay, and the food was delicious. Had to take away some stars because of the parking...there is NONE. Don't think you can park in the lot across the street at night time...because random people get HUGE parking tickets...but not everyone...which is ridiculous. Five cars in our party received parking tickets that were $47. Then if not paid in 14 days, it goes up to $77. Other people parked in there got no ticket, and it's easy not to even see the ticket as mine was stuffed on the passenger side of the window...which was also strange as placing tickets on that side out of the view of the driver will ultimately be missed. Then the driver is then stuck paying the double price. Unless there is street parking available or you are okay with parking a ways away and walking...the bar seems pretty inaccessible. Not sure I will go back anytime soon, would rather go somewhere that doesn't cost $47 to hang out at. But I guess if you like sports bars and places like buffalo wild wings or Pints and Quarts, then you will probably like this place. It has the same feel to it. Since the shutdown the bar selection in Olympia is sparse and we need to be grateful for the few bars still in business. I would just recommend walking it riding a bike...
