This seems to be a consistent issue with this location. I’m not sure I’ve gone back because every single time I’ve gone my order has been wrong. I’ve never had issues with this location until recently. I’m not sure what’s going on but my visit today draws the line and I want to make sure someone knows. I ordered through drive through. I asked for the #16 add Jimmy mustard, Jimmy peppers and oil and vinegar. The person taking my order asked me to repeat it at least three times. She said #6 and I said #16 and repeated what to add again. Then I ordered the next sandwich and again, I had to repeat the order multiple times. She would repeat one thing back to me because that’s all she got and it wasn’t even correct. I’m not sure how many times I had to repeat it. I get home about to eat my food and the order is butchered. We asked for jalapeño chips and got original (this happens almost EVERY time.) Then my sandwich is absolutely wrong. I asked for #16 and even though I had to repeat it multiple times, they still gave me the #6 plus didn’t even add any of the extras I asked for. So not only did they get the extras wrong, but the whole entire sandwich. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated because I have continued to give them chances and every time it is not what I order. This is a complete waste of food because I do not want the #6 sandwich it only has veggies. So now I just wasted my money and still hungry. Disappointed to say the least. Read moreThis is a tricky star situation due to the following: On 2/16/23 the Omaha metro had 5-8 inches of snow dumped between 2-11 a.m. I ordered online roughly 10 sandwiches for my employees and went to pick up around 11:15. I arrive and the whole lot has not been touch by a plow truck. I drive around the building and notice a gentleman trying to get his car unstuck from the snow. I park right outside the JJ store door and walk in the snow to give the guy a helping hand. 5-10 minutes working with him, we get his car out and he thanks me. Unknown to me at the time, he is wearing a JJ hat (he was their delivery driver). I walk inside to 6-7 warm employees behind the counter and make the comment. "I just helped your driver get out of the lot." I get a few different replies from "thanks!", but the worst one was " yea, we know, he's been at it for about an hour now!" If I didn't prepay for my $81.00 order online, I would of walked back out in that exact moment due to the fact of the ridiculous lack of concern for their own teammate. Read moreCame in for lunch knowing their facility is always clean and they are very very polite. I got my order quick. The manager handled a disgruntle customer who was mad that they hadn't received their food yet due to a large order that the team was working as fast and efficient as possible to make and serve other customers. The manager handled it very well and was very polite and professional. To the guy that was throwing a fit go home and make your self and sandwich if you can't wait the world don't revolve around you.
