Only reason I will give it two stars is because I like the sandwich but it's a very simple sandwich . That can easily be made at home. Their horrible customer service needs a complete face lift. For example they still had an hour to close and didn't get my order right. Why you might ask??? Drum please... because of the aggressive attitude I received while ordering my food. I forget I didn't want mayo until seconds after I had paid and for some reason it was too late. it's to hot for that right now *don't want to get food poisoning *plus I have better mayo at home I was already told with attitude it was going to be a " long while" until my food was ready but now they can't fix it because it's too late... WHAT!!! Why was I getting so much attitude while I placed my order... Am I not the one paying ???? My order *3 Bobbie's 18inch (all 3 no mayo) Balsamic chicken salad When did it become about making sure that you didn't get inconvenienced 1 hour before you close. When you get paid hourly! I was so excited that Capriotti's had opened in Rancho but with that service it will not last long. I will be driving to Vegas or I also noticed one in Eastvale At the end of my visit they only fixed one of my sandwiches. They have only been open for a week it's really disappointing the standards they are setting for their employees. Paying customers take your money elsewhere * I keep making excuses for their atrocious behavior to my husband. Although, it's not something I should worry about they definitely need an employees /managers that care about...
Read moreMy husband and I finally tried this place after talking about it forever. We’d heard so much about the Bobbie, so of course we got that (in the biggest size) and also a medium Wagyu Slaw Be Jo.
Both were so good. I really appreciated the homemade turkey—definitely a step up from the usual deli meat. And the sandwiches are huge. We couldn’t even finish everything and had leftovers, which made the prices feel a lot more reasonable.
My favorite was the Wagyu Slaw Be Jo. I couldn’t stop talking about the slaw and that dressing. I’ve never had Russian dressing before and it was seriously so good.
I actually went back a week later to try the Homemade Turkey sandwich. It was good, but honestly not super exciting. I need sauces in my life, lol. I’d recommend add mustard or extra maro. Next I will be going with the ColeTurkey instead, for more flavor.
Also, random side note: my husband, who never eats fries, ended up eating most of ours. Said they were really crispy and just kept going back for more.
Bottom line: yeah, it’s a bit pricey, but totally worth it. Get the sauces/dressings, and do yourself a favor—order...
Read moreThis place confuses me, I like the BBQ Chicken sandwich but the service is lacking, I know it just opened and it might take time to find your groove but i asked to eat there and they give it to go, well it said for here on the receipt taped to the sandwhich, so that confuses me and it's all wrapped up with wasted paper that just gets in your way, and that was inconvenient. Then, I thought they didnt hand deliver food to your table because last time I was there they didn't hand deliver my food but someone else gets there food hand delivered to there table, they didnt hand deliver to everybody while I was there, they must have favorites already, so if you are gonna hand deliver to one, then hand deliver to all, just saying. So don't have too many expectations from this new location for a while, I'm sorry if I'm too hard on the new crew but I hope they get better, and a little bit of enthusiasm from the help would go a long way also, maybe they just want to be another sanwhich spot,...
