This was mine and my husband's first time going to this place. We called them and booked a couples massage. When we reached the place they asked us to pay first,took us to the massage room and asked us to get ready for the massage. The place smelled like we towels and needs ventilation.When we were lying down one of the ladies came and told us that one of us will need to wait 15 minutes while the other one will get started. We already paid and were lying down in a vulnerable position where it felt stuck. So one of us agreed to wait while the other one was as getting massaged in a couples massage session.Then she told us that we can give the person who is waiting an extra 15 minutes but you need to pay 20 dollars extra . This was so insulting that you take your customers so for granted that instead of asking them a complimentary massage for their inconvenience happening because of the staff's unprofessional attitude and total fault, you are trying to make more money of them. Another customer came in and immediately got his massage started which meant they had a massage specialist but they decided they will probably keep them for a better client. The massage was awful. The lady was tired,in a hurry and uneven. It was super super painful like I was doing some kind of painful and unpleasant HIIT workout. The whole one hour I had to keep my body stiff to avoid any injuries.It was a full body massage and she never even touched the lower part of my feet while my husband got them massaged. All in all a very bad experience. Lack of professionalism and no concern for the client's comfort. People come to get massaged for a relaxing experience not to get frustrated and feel worst than they were before. The only good thing was that they didn't charge extra for card payments and they did not talk back when you were giving them the feedback. (this is a review based of four visits with a different person every time) I had an extremely stressful week, emotionally and physically (I do martial arts and was competing a lot). So I needed to go somewhere. I was greeted at the door very nicely so service was nice, in the first massage I was asked if I wanted some more I didn't have the funds and as I left the door the greeter asked to come back again so I went back and the second girl I believe Amanda (forgive me if i'm wrong) she worked my back like crazy, popped my spine into shape and everything I wanted to give her my wallet for the amazing work she done (I do judo and BJJ so it felt like all those body slams were taken out of my body). The third time was the best time. I don't know who she was but she was wearing a mickey mouse shirt haha. The best thing is that she made me feel comfortable. Smiling but most of all she had the right amount of pressure and she looked like she loved her job.So it was a therapeutic but also a very relaxing massage.

Good place for an hour massage. It’s pretty noisy especially since they do not close the doors. They only put a curtain over the door and when you ask them to close the door because of the noise they don’t. They just try to get the other women to be quiet, which doesn’t last very long.

Not a good place for the 30 minute massage. Nor the extra services. I’m a tall guy over 6 feet and the table massage does not fit me.

Every time and I do mean every time you get a massage a second girl tries to come in and asks you if you want another girl for a 4 hand massage. I’ve used it once, but didn’t like it. As you can tell whenever you get two women in a room all they do is talk amongst themselves and they don’t concentrate on the massage. I don’t recommend here.

You have to basically do the 30 minute massage until you find someone who is good and ask for them before you arrive.
