I went in to buy a ring for my wife and asked about resizing options. Before picking Stephanie told me that it was free and could be done the next day. âGreatâ, I said. Then I chose a $900 ring set. When we went to ring it up she told me it would cost $60 each to resize the rings or $129 for a warranty that included resizing. I asked her why she told me resizing was free and she told me she didnât say that. Both my kids were with me and heard her say it was free. I told her to forget it, because she was so dishonest. She said fine. I told her that there were a lot of other jewelry stores to which she replied, âyup, there are a lot of jewelry stores.â I was shocked by the attitude. So there you go Kevin Jewelers, Stephanie lost you a $900 sale today. I would tell everyone to skip this store, the service is dishonest and will up sell late in the transaction.

We went back to return the watch they gave us so much attitude and unprofessional behavior. She repeated no refunds but then let us switch for other merchandise which was not even worth the value for trade. She traded for an undervalued item. I placed an order back in September about a month before my wedding. They promised that if I didnât get the ring in time that they would provide a temporary one in the meanwhile for the wedding. I drove 50 minutes so she can tell me to come back the next day. Two weeks later I stop by again to see what had happened with my ring and they finally had it NEVER CALLED ME TO NOTIFY ME THE RING HAD ARRIVED. Itâs like they take your money and after that donât give a damn about you. They show us the ring and it was THE WRONG ONE. Yup. Canât get any worse than this.
