Worst service I have ever experienced in my life at a Wendy's, the staff had a very "I don't care" attitude and I could tell right from when the guy asked for my order. Then they told me it would be a 3 minute wait for the chicken tenders I ordered. They told me to pull up and so I did, then I see in my rearview mirror they kept staring over at me so I was thinking oh I must be in the wrong spot or something, which this is the first time I had been to this Wendy's, but it was just the way they handled the situation that made me mad, they come up to my window and say I'm in the wrong spot and the guy starts walking away, and I had to yell out from the window of my car to ask him if I should move, he didn't even tell me whether or not I should. What made it worse was that I wasn't even blocking any traffic I had left plenty of room for others to pass by while I waited for my food. They could have said, "next time please park __" or wherever, but no they made me back up so that I was blocking traffic more than I had been previously. The whole thing just didn't make sense and to top it all off I asked for my chicken tenders as the meal and I knew right when the guy handed me the bag that there were no fries when I had told them twice, not once, but TWICE that I wanted it in the meal. So obviously they either 1. Didn't care or 2. Were being lazy and didn't even want to bother with giving me a full meal. I wouldn't have been surprised if they gave me a hamburger instead of chicken tenders to be honest, that is how awful the service was. I will never be coming here again, and that's saying something considering it was my first time. I hope they change or get new staff, it was the worst service I've ever experienced from...
Read moreThe other day I went thru the drive-up window and when I left I was shocked and almost moved to tears. Apparently only a few people know that I pick up food for an elderly man who is very disoriented and suffering from a badly needed hip operation, which given his mental state will be impossible to fix since he doesn't have a home or even knows what year it is. What shocked me was a young girl at the window recognized my voice and stated that what I had been doing, feeding this homeless man, did not go unnoticed. To my surprise waiting at the window were three employees and a large frosty, I was told more or less they wanted to reward my act of kindness with a ice cream.
It should be noted that I have been through the drive-up window since this place first open and all of the staff have been so nice to me that I wonder, "Does corporate even know how nice the employees are to me?" Does corporate even know that this usually happens to me at other Wendy's locations, the nice treatment?
Well, I just hope this never stops, the nice treatment always with an...
Read moreWould get a better rating as the food was good, but deserves only one star for failure to comply with the ADA, which they have to do and can do under moderate Covid restrictions.
Went in about 4pm 4/2/21 and got a burger and drink. Expected to be able to have it there given protocols current as of mid-March which allow for in-person dining with social distancing and masks, all of which are possible and were since I was the only one in the store.
I waited for the crew leader to act, when confronted with the ADA need, he said 'I don't have to' and turned away. I left after a few more minutes, and spilled my drink as I left through the door, could not because I use a WALKER on account of lost mobility on account of a stroke.
If I had not been a stroke victim I could have walked back to the bus stop a block north having the drink, and eating the burger once I got home, could not take the store's offer of a replacement drink on account of the WALKER use.
