I have been selling at this kid to kid for YEARS and never had any problems but now every time I come in The older bald guy is so rude. I have caught him going through peoples donation items, Including my own, and placing tags on them for sale. A lady came in when I was there and he told her she canāt place her items by the back door they need to go to the front desk now, she replied āoh I have always put them by the back doorāand he said āI donāt know who told you that but thatās not how it works hereā with such a rude tone. Which is also crazy because Iāve been putting them by the back door for over 2 years!! This is super upsetting as I try to donate more to the foster homes than I turn into that store. When I asked him for a direct contact to give foster home donations to he refuses and says they need to be dropped off here they donāt get out information. I really hope people rethink their ādonationsā to this location. His lack of customer service is insane, even more that he seems to be a lead or something as he is there every single time My sister and I go in now. I love that this store is clean but customer service is #1 in my book and with that guy there we will not be back. Iād rather...

š¬ OVERVIEW - 4.80 Came here on a suggestion for a friend to find some clothes for our daughter.
šŗļø LOCATION - 5 Kid 2 Kid has a good location that is a little hidden there in the massive strip mall near Artic Circle. The most identify mark is the pink little kid's door.
š² PRICE - 4 I found the prices reasonable for used clothing for the most part and with in-store credit
š PRODUCT/SERVICE - 5 I know when they got through clothes they are rather stern, checking for the slightest flaws, so you know that the clothing that you purchase is of good quality. I do wonder however if they wash and try the clothing at their facility or sell them as they receive them.
š¢ POINTERS/PERKS - 5 They have a trade-in program where you can receive in-store credit which can be helpful when purchasing new clothing for your children, and if you can't find what you're looking for you can even cash-out, which is a bit less, but all the same it works for you in the end.
š§ EMPLOYEES - 5 I have no complaints with the employees, they seem...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've always been a thrifty shopper, so I know what a good thrift store looks like. Kid to Kid orem hits all the check boxes and more! The owner is always so pleasant and friendly. She took the time to go over all my questions and walk me through why she wasn't able to take some of my items. Another time, she saved the day by helping me find the perfect fairy princess birthday gift for my 5 year old! This store has the best customer experience of a thrift store I've ever experienced! Perhaps that it doesn't even feel like a thrift store, but more like an affordable boutique! It is always so clean, organized, and up to date with latest trends while somehow still being affordable! They are excellent at only accepting donations that are of quality and meets their standards. After shopping and selling there for awhile I completely trust their judgment on whether or not they can take it. If they can't take it, trust me there is something wrong with it! It's safe to say this thriftsrore is definitely...
