This was the worst burger I have tried in my whole life. Wife and I got the Apollo (substitute with cheddar cheese) and Poseidon.

Not only are the prices ridiculous for this type of restaurant ($17 for combo), the food was absolutely terrible. They don't even have fountain drinks.

I am not a picky eater at all and I take pride in enjoying all kinds of food at different quality levels.

The burger buns had white mold. The yellow cheese was some fake liquid cheese you would find on the cheapest nachos. The brown sweet sauce they put on the Poseidon had the most awful after taste.

They even forgot to put onions on the Apollo, and refused to fix it. Their excuse was that they ran out of onions, which I call BS. They sure didn't seem low on onions when I got my caramelized onions and fried onion rings.

It was 4pm on a Friday and you wouldn't see a single person dining in, probably for a good reason.

My wife and I both stopped eating after the first bite, because it was so disgusting. Quite the unbelievable experience.

I would rather eat McDonald's any day of the week. McDonalds serve borderline fake food too, but at least...

Walked in and immediately knew things would be overpriced. They only have five burger varieties, each one named after a greek god. A burger and side for three people, no drinks and a single shake, cost 65 dollars. I could've gotten massive gyros five minutes away from home for 1/3 the price. The service took extraordinarily long (likely because it looked like they only had two people working the store, one in the kitchen, one at the counter), and while the burgers tasted good, their small size and the exoticness of the ingredients did not justify the price. Furthermore, the shake that was ordered was very thin and did not have a lot of flavor to it. Too much milk, not enough shake.

I don't like leaving below 5-star reviews, but Thunder Burger definitely feels like a place that skates by on interesting burger concepts (and it's prime location downtown) rather than any kind of value. 3 stars for pretty good burgers, -2 stars for exorbitant pricing and...

Waited 40 mins for our food and ended up getting a refund. They had like 3 customers so they were not busy. Would’ve been nice if they told us it was going to take so long.

I gave an honest review. You decided to respond with an out and out lie to my review instead of owning up and apologizing….. The receipt said we ordered at 2:33 (see pic) at 3:00 we inquired how much longer as we were willing to wait. We were told 5 mins. At 3:09 we requested a refund (see receipt ) 36 minutes to be exact. We were very disappointed but it is way more disappointing that you can’t even own up and want to call me a liar. Had you said it was going to take a while, we most likely would’ve declined service and went elsewhere. In fact, your cashier says it usually doesn’t take so long.

BTW, we tipped upon ordering and you did not refund the tip. I was going to let it go but now I’m not sure.
