EDIT: I am leaving my original 3 star review below but have changed my rating from 3 stars to 5 stars. Kimberly the Store Manager is simply amazing. Her customer service and attention to detail is flawless and you can tell she properly trains her employees as well. Not sure if she was around at the time of my original review but ever since she started attending me I have noticed a significant change in the staff in terms of customer service. Thank you for having a great attitude and team!
I visit this Starbucks a lot because it is the closest one to my job. Overall they are a decent Starbucks... On a few occasions the grapes in the cheese and fruit box I usually order are going bad - when you pay over $5 for some cheese and fruit it would be nice if you could at least eat it all instead of having half of the fruit somewhat rotten.
The staff is usually nice, however, a few days ago I was at the window of the drive up and they had it open; there was an associate talking bad about a customer (inside) to another employee and she was calling the customer "stupid" and going on and on about how annoying people are. I have worked retail before so I get it...sometimes you get frustrated BUT if you are going to talk bad about your own customers (who pay for over priced coffee and expect their order to be right) make sure no other customers can hear you. It is very unprofessional do show that type of behavior around...
Read moreSo on Wednesday March 13th I ordered a Bacon, Gouda, Egg sandwich and a regular black coffee. I was treated very nice by the cashier and I sat down. 5 minutes later I was called for the sandwich in a bag, I sat down again and waited about 5 more minutes and decided to eat the sandwich warm while I waited as it look really busy due to all the people waiting. I waited patiently for my regular black coffee no sugar, but after waiting for so long I had to asked for it very serious and disappointed. Then finally, 26 minutes after paying for my order, I got my plain black coffee and did not even get a fake apology. My suggestion is this, when a customer pays for an order you should fill the order completely, not the sandwich first and later the coffee. There were more than 7 customers at a time with their warm food breakfast bags waiting for their drinks, why? Needless to say the food was not warm when the coffee was received. This method should be changed if you really care about good costumer experience. Others may not complain but here I am complaining...
Read moreI want to extend my deepest gratitude to Arnold, the manager at Starbucks on 6605 S. Semoran Blvd, and his incredible team. Their generosity and kindness truly made the first day of school at Good Shepherd Catholic School an unforgettable one for our faculty.
From the moment we connected with them, Arnold and his staff went above and beyond to make sure our teachers felt appreciated and celebrated. Their thoughtful support brought so much joy, energy, and encouragement to our campus, and it was exactly the uplifting start we needed.
It’s rare to find a team so genuinely dedicated not just to serving coffee, but to serving their community with such heart. Arnold leads by example—his warmth and professionalism shine through in everything he does, and his team reflects that same spirit of care and generosity.
On behalf of Good Shepherd Catholic School, thank you, Arnold and team, for reminding us how powerful kindness can be. You helped turn a busy and sometimes overwhelming day into something truly special, and we are...
