El Rinconcito Restaurant and Bar — Restaurant in Orlando

We went there for a birthday party last night and the first thing we spotted was that all the water glasses was dirty with soap scumb very visisble. The food was very good and they give large portions. Quality and taste were on point and worth it but, they have to update the menu since many items weren't available anymore. They had a guy managing the Karaoke there and he looked for ways to motivate people to sing, but his personality was getting on my nerves. I understand his job is to motivate, but he kept using the same catch phrases to motivate people, as if that's the only catch phrase he knew. He also didnt have the sound system adjusted for singing. It made the voices overly loud. Music and voice should be balanced. The people working the Karaoke made sure they took alot of pictures, which I'm sure was to prove they have a large fan base but, isnt that what reviews are for also?. Since I'm not a Karaoke fan, this doesnt affect me but if I would visit this place "if", I wouldnt go when theres Karaoke. In fact I dont see myself visiting this places because its located inside a gas station and in my subconscious all I can think of is restaurant + gasoline = big explosion. Sure this place wouldnt be open if Orlando zoning laws didnt permit it, but it's still in my mind. Again, the food was good but there are many places that also serve good food more to my overall comfort. The bathroom was very surprisingly clean, which impressed me because, those are one of the things that catches my attention. This place in my opinion and observation is for those who cant afford a bar and grill or Karaoke bar with better amenities and goes there because that's the only one they can afford. Does this business have potential? Yes, as long as they keep the kitchen staff and move to a more restaurant friendly...

The first few days I started coming here since I now work from my office. We're okay. No complaints but today was the worst. First of all those two females working there definitely need to get taught customer service and they also definitely need to go back to school so that they can learn what type of foods to offer customers or not. Cuz the fact that they were trying to get me to pay $6 for a juice that's already over 2 days old okay? And if you look online you have about 2 days for fresh fresh juice. So you're trying to offer me juice that's already spoiling and then you give me an attitude and you make it seem like it's so hard to make me a fresh juice when that's your job. Both of them acted so off. It made me so mad. Stop making fresh juice and leaving it on your shelf. You guys are wasting so much money. Make it as people come in that way. It's fresh. All the nutrients are in there and it's not spoiling already. The juices that you guys have there are dated for the 27th. That's a shame and it's also a huge waste for a restaurant to let juice sit there for so long that you're going to literally have to throw away. You can't be selling that to customers. Thanks for the bug in the juice too......

So sad that been a new restaurant tbey are already lacking consistency...This restaurant just opened not even a month ago and it has gone thru lots of changes already...started with excellent and fast customer service and the past few times that I've been there is so slow and they are not even as busy as they used to be...coffee doesn't taste the same, either the food...Customer service is the worse is like no body care and you don't even know who is responsible there it seems like everyone is trying to pretend they are are working but they are not...No body speaks good English...and i know am Cuban and I speak spanish but we are in America and all my coworkers don't speak it so they should at least have some of there employees to be bilingual like when they started most of the girls spoke both languages...with all the negatives i could honestly tell you that I'll rather drive a little further and get good customer service and better everything because to be brand new and start lacking in every aspect that is important for a restaurant it sucks... Besides they are so not professional they dont wear globes and I've seen a girl touching her hair and after that serving food without even...
