PLEASE LOOK AT THE RESPONSE THEY LEFT TO ME AND THEN DELETED IN THE PHOTO BELOW! WHAT AN ABSOLUTE UNPROFESSIONAL JOKE OF AN ESTABLISHMENT! This place was absolutely disgusting, unorganized and unsafe. We brought our 3 year old, 2 year old and newborn here today and will never be returning again. We should have known this place was a joke when right when we walked in and payed we were overcharged. The girl taking care of us seemed like she was on some type of drug. She was all over the place, shaking, and not with it. She charged us for our newborn (who was free) and charged us for an extra pair of socks as well. She got upset that my 2 year olds arm was moving a bit when she tried to put his wrist band on stating “come on you need to stop moving!” After entering the play area it was very obvious the place is not taken care of and monitored by staff. Don’t let their responses to other reviewers fool you either. I never saw one employee on the floor while we were there. All of the toys are dingy, broken, and dirty. So many choking hazards for smaller children as well including the toddler area which is totally unacceptable because obviously that’s the age group most prone to choking! None of the employees are walking the floors monitoring and organizing the areas. They seem like they aren’t even on this planet or even want to be there. All of the little buildings that were supposed to mimic diners, fire stations, etc had none of the right toys in them. Everything was either broken, falling apart or not the right toy for that area. They state on other responses that parents felt like they were hovering when they cleaned up during play time but I don’t believe that for a second. We have been to multiple indoor play places and never once felt like the workers were hovering when cleaning up and organizing the rooms and toys as our children play. If anything, it made us feel like our kids were in a safe and clean environment. It seems to just be pure laziness from the workers here. The cleanliness of the place is also just awful. The floors are sticky and covered in dirt as you can see in the photo below and the bathrooms are filthy. The gym equipment is ripped and faded. The wooden toys and seating areas are scraped and caked with dirt. Right next to the bathroom was a dirty mop bucket with nasty water in it just left out for any child to get into. They have exposed wires, no plug covers for outlets and small pieces of broken toys throughout the whole establishment. I wouldn’t be surprised if this place gets shut down or gets a major lawsuit against them for injuring a child. Never will we step back into such an unsafe, dangerous and disgusting...

I posted my original/below review on 6/25/23. A local mother assured me “nice” reviews will be posted shortly after mine- as this is a pattern for this place. The staff and owner apparently are in denial and somehow manage to get friends to post nice reviews about themselves and the place after a REAL customer gives a low rating. Well, today I checked and laughed about all the recent reviews posted

We have visited this place twice. We will NEVER go back. During both visits we arrived as soon as it opened. On both occasions the place looked like it has not been deep clean or even “clean” in a long time. Visible dirt all over the mats (crumbs, lots of hair, dust accumulations, sticky stuff and more)- BUT, today we observed roaches in the bathrooms and dead spiders on the mats.

I am very active with my kid and I get on the floor, crawl, climb, etc. so I could truly see. Under the mats, on corners, around all the surfaces where kids climb and play there were filthy/sticky/dirty stuff… NOTE: The place truly is SUPER DIRTY. Toys are old, broken, do not function well, and certainly are not sanitized at all. I did not take pictures today because I did not want to offend the people hosting the party.

Today we were there for a private b-day party (only reason why we even went back a 2nd. time.) - Since the entire place was reserved only for the party we thought the experience was going to be better. IT WAS NOT. Place was unorganized, and dirty as soon as they opened.

It is absolutely disgusting that adults/kids are asked to use the bathrooms while wearing the same socks they use all over the facility.

I observed this morning when the female/employee arrived and she continued to walk inside all over the facility wearing the same pair of shoes she had outside. It wasn’t until an hour or so later that she changed into her “indoor crocs” - However, she prohibited I wear my shoes to walk inside the bathroom. I literally was holding my shoes on my hands to ONLY wear them inside the bathroom AFTER my husband have used the male’s bathroom and seen the roaches!

OWNER: please stop stating that you take pride in the cleaning, and blabla. GO YOURSELF and inspect your place. Many have mentioned the same issues in their reviews! Little kids are getting sick after playing there. Be a responsible owner. Train your staff. Sanitize with frequency. Deep clean. Ask your staff to follow the non-sense rules you make the guests follow. Even better - re-evaluate your rules. Your staff is RUDE and have a very...

Came here on a Saturday afternoon with my two kids and their grandfather. Prices were fair ($15 per child, $4 per pair of socks to walk the facilities). You get to keep the socks you pay for, which is great when you have a home with tile/wood flooring. The pay covers for the full day, which, after just a couple hours, is already worth the cost. Worked out great as it was very hot out, and later, there was heavy rain that eased up to a drizzle by time we left to have dinner.

There were a couple of things I would like them to consider to reach 5 stars:

At the time of our arrival, they were in the midst of receiving guests of a birthday party being held at their facility. There was one person giving the facilities a quick cleaning and only one sweet attendant at the front desk. Any other staff weren't visible/available (we heard some announcements for the party's pizza/cake, but I only saw one other person arrive at that desk and immediately left to who knows where). We had to wait for a while (among others that also weren't part of the party) before we were helped. While it's not a deal-breaker for me personally, it may help to have 2 staff attendants run the front desk until all the party guests are checked in to resume one person at the front.

While we were paying, we almost missed the small waiver sign we were required to sign before entering the facility. I hastily got my kids sorted, thinking they were the only ones needed for the signature. But it was for ALL of us. So, a second one had to be made to include us adults. A bigger sign with prices and waiver notes/directions wouldn't hurt. Some things aren't always done online before arrival. Our trip was a bit spontaneous to begin with.

There was a snack/lounge area that wasn't really utilized. I didn't have any issue as TGIF was in the same plaza and we went there for dinner. But it would be a good idea to widen the 'lounge' area if the snack area is no longer necessary/available so more parents had more places to nurse/feed their baby. Or more staff being available to sell the snacks could help.

Overall, my kids enjoyed themselves so much (especially in the pretend play areas) that they didn't really want to leave. Will definitely go again...

Another alternative to Disney. Great that the parents don't have to pay for entry. But you do have to purchase the $5 socks. Free reentry all day just keep your wristband on and you're good to go. The place isn't huge but is good enough for anyone tiny full of energy.
