The girl who took my order was rushing me through each meal that I was ordering. My receipt says “Host: Amelia” and “Cashier: Brittney”. A man took my payment at the first window. Then I proceeded to the second window to receive my food. In this window, a man in the orange polo (o assumed was the manager, but he stated he was only there helping out because the GM would be back the next day). The man handed me one (1) sweet tea and one (1) sprite. And I stated that I had two (2) sweet teas, one (1) sprite, and one (1) frosty on my order. The girl that took my order and is standing in the window caught an attitude real fast and said “well We can’t take that back”. I said that I didn’t want to give it back, I only wanted all of my drinks that I ordered. She rolled her eyes. I said there’s no need for an attitude, I only wanted the drinks I ordered. She said “well I can just give you the tea for free”. I said no I’m not worried about getting it for free, it’s on my receipt. I paid for it. She proceeded to keep her attitude. I told them I would call the 1-800 and write a review. I asked the man if he was the GM and he stated he was only here to “help out” and that the GM would be here tomorrow. I don’t care who is in charge when or where they are. There is no need for the unnecessary attitude that I was given by that girl with the nose ring. That’s not good customer service. Someone needs to take care of her. Y’all probably don’t want her representing the face of your company...
Read moreI've been here at least 20 times. I keep going back, hoping that I'll have a better experience than the last time. I have concluded that (i) no one here is trained how to do their job, and (ii) communication is consistently awful, because they rarely get my order correct.
Now, I don't order anything complex. I don't even ask to leave out something, such as tomatoes or pickles, as some do. No, I order plain menu items with no customization, and I've found that getting the wrong food is the rule more than the exception. It's a shame because Wendy's in other areas are good, but I have NEVER had a fast food place mess up as frequently as they do here.
Furthermore, when I have ordered a money-saving meal like the 4 for $4 meals, I have had the cashier frequently attempt to charge me $1-2 extra by setting my order up a la carte. When ordering, I am crystal clear that I want the 4 for $4 special (or the like).
In conclusion, do NOT go here if you have other options. If you absolutely must, ALWAYS check your order for mistakes before leaving, because it's very likely they messed it up. Also, always always always double check the math of the cashier. Otherwise, you'll end up paying an extra dollar or two for your order.
Edit: One last note. My last straw with this location happened when the cashier walked away from the register with my credit card, and pulled out his phone to do something with it before returning. Was he taking a picture? Guess I'll never know, as I...

My mother ordered the Baconator with shredded cheese and they put possibly 6 pieces of shredded cheese on her fries. BTW my mom got her order through door dash and had it delivered to the room.She was so disappointed and unsatisfied so I told her to call the restaurant let them know I’m bringing your order back. She called twice got the VM. So I goes to the drive thru wait in line the get to the speaker. I asked if I could speak to a manger very calm and even said please. The young lady said responded with “ Why”? Instantly I was shocked. So I told her my complaint and she said drive around. I get to the window the employee did not speak she just looked at me. So I told her my complaint again then she got the manager. As I’m holding my bag out the window I’m complaining about not having enough cheese on my fries. His response was so rude. He took out the time I guess to educate me about cheese. He said “you order shredded cheese and not cheese sauce”. He didn’t apologize, he didn’t take the bag to correct the problem or even see what I was talking about.
