Arby's — Restaurant in Paducah

The food overall is great! Service is ok. Could be better in terms of overall attitudes and approaches. Taking into consideration that fast-food service work doesn't pay all that great and benefits aren't that much better employees, staff & management should still want to strive too do as absolutely right by the customers that come in their daily. We are, after all, keeping them in a job by the food and drinks we buy.

Nonetheless, the property needs attention!

Parking lot, entrys and exits need to be remilled and paved (pot holes and rough places throughout-drive carefully in and out of there!).

Store itself along with the drive-thru could stand a remodel (face lift anyways).

Property it sets on and in front of (small shopping center) needs attention as well.

But it's very conveniently located just off Interstate 24 and just across the road from a shopping mall and just across the street from a region-wide hotel chain by Dury Inn & Suites out of Missouri.

So I give it four strong stars with plenty of room for growth and development in the areas mentioned.

I went to this location on Tuesday Night. (Feb 6,2024). I travel for work and Arby’s is typically a good stop for me to grab a bite that is satisfying yet quick.

This store did not live up to the Arby’s standards that I am used to. I ordered the 5 piece tenders with jalapeño bites. The tenders were warm but hard and dry. It is as though they had been left in/on the warmer too long. The jalapeño bites were worse. Once again warm but hard and this is not just the outside. The jalapeño was tough and the cream cheese was anything but creamy it was more like cement. (Over exaggeration but you get the point.)

It felt as though to save time/money they took the items that had been setting and put them back in the fryer to serve “hot”.

I hope Arby’s that oversees these locations sees this so that this can be addressed. I know this is fast food and not to expect a 5 star experience. But most people would not mind waiting for fresh hot...

The food was good as always but tonight I had an even better than usual event happen because as I went to pay for the order I placed I realized that I had some how forgot my money back at my house so I then asked Kelsey who was the manager tonight if she could hold my order long enough for me to come home and get my money and then come back to pay for my food and instead of doing that she told me not to worry about it and she took care of it for me ( NOW KEEP IN MIND ) this was not what I had intended to happen but I'm thankful none the less THANK YOU KELSEY I KNOW THAT YOU DIDN'T HAVE TO DO THAT BUT YOU STILL CHOSE TO ANYWAY SO...
