Logan's Roadhouse — Restaurant in Paducah

Me and my family came here to eat around 8-8:30 pm a week or so ago. There was a bit of a wait but that was fine, the major problem was our waiter who I think his name was Paul. Which is why I’m writing a review. The waiter took up a lot of time talking, he had talked about 3-5 minutes about pointless and unrelated to our service topics, took our order, then talked another good 3-5 minutes before putting in the order. And there was once or twice when my mother would try to order food after he had finished speaking, he would IGNORE HER, and would restart up unnecessary conversation unrelated to our service. The conversations he had started involved multiple things that were kind of unsavory. Such as making unwarranted comments about politics, telling us his political affiliation, along with making unwarranted and unnecessary comments about gender identities. Such as, “hey it’s 2023, all I have to do to be a big girl is say I’m a girl.” And “we all know god made 12 genders.” This made the dinner EXTREMELY uncomfortable. As it was my younger sisters turn to order, she had asked my grandma to order for her as we were in a new place and she, like most kids, was shy around strangers and new places. The waiter began to make fun of her for asking my grandma to order for her, and told her if she didn’t order it, he wasn’t going to give it to her. During dinner I had my phone sitting face up on the table, and I have a phone that makes the screen be on 24/7, so you can see my lockscreen. At the time my lockscreen was a message my boyfriend had wrote for me, well, while the server was setting our food down he looked at my screen and began to mock the message. Keep in mind I had not spoke one word to this server besides to tell him my order. He had put on a fake voice and mocked the message, and began to make comments about how “we (people my age I assume) always assume it’s true love.” This was a major invasion of privacy and he had no right to begin to make mocking comments about it. Especially as he had not nor tried to build up any type of friendly relationship between us. This experience made a dinner we went to to celebrate a happy once in a lifetime moment extremely terrible and uncomfortable, and left majority of the table wanting to get out of there as...

Had a get together with 10 people. Got there was quoted about 30 minutes to 45. We waited around 30 min lady came out and said where they were going to put us the people had been the slightly over an hour and are just receiving their food, so it was going to be another 45 to an hour possibly. We weren't in a huge rush and waited. We got sat set up the table with decorations for a baby shower. Got settled ordered drinks and received rolls and placed orders(last time we saw our server till the bill came). Food came out decent timing minus missing some salads(expediters brought us food) for a few people. By then we all needed refills. Had to have a manager come do that (server still MIA). Manager apologized for the missing salads and assured us they'd be off the bill and offered a discount. Server comes to table with the bill.... No discount. I have my son get a manager and he gives us a discount 25% very generous. Another 20 minutes goes by we're waiting to pay and leave.... I tell my wife to go to the carryout and pay while I carry gifts out to the car. They tell the server that and she comes over and said "no y'all need to wait at your table." So she finally came over ran the card and we pay and leave out the door. Very minimal tip was left like 9 dollars between the separated bills. Honestly more than I believe should have been. Table had decorations on it, my wife stacked plates after we were done eating. They never removed them so we couldn't get the table cloth off and left all the decorations trash in a box. This lady berated my wife over no tip on the card! My wife gets outside we talk about how bad this experience was and apologized to the people who's baby shower it was. The server comes outside and demands us to come clean up our table and remove the rest of the stuff because she didn't receive a big enough tip to be doing all that. This was the most unprofessional service I've ever had and had removed my thoughts and everyone elses thoughts of ever returning to this...

Hello my experience at Logan's Roadhouse is not very good this time I've been there several times and the food was just fine but this time it was not so fine. We were thinking about what to order it was lunch time and we were me and my friend was going to order something and maybe share a rack of ribs lunch but we decided to go ahead and get 1/2 club sandwich and a salad we both had the same thing. We asked for him to bring the salads out first and he said okay. We asked him if the salads were going to be iceberg lettuce because that's the only kind of lettuce that we liked and he said yeah it's supposed to be all iceberg lettuce so we said okay so I'm a few minutes later he brought the salad. The salad looked okay until we started cutting it up and start it up and everything we couldn't find any iceberg lettuce hardly at all it was all romaine lettuce with some cucumbers and tomatoes and cheese croutons. So we ate about half of it all we can eat Eddie Brock the half sandwich. The sandwich was so bad I had to cut it up with a knife and a fork and eat it with a fork because it wouldn't stay together so I can eat it like a sandwich. She had the same problem with her sandwich. The ice tea was good until we asked for a refill they brought the refill and we could never get enough sugar in it. After that we asked for a piece of carrot cake and a cup of coffee. They brought the cake and he didn't bring the coffee and then he didn't bring the coffee and I realized I had forgotten the coffee and I looked at her watches and we only had a half hour to get to our appointment so I just told him to forget about the coffee and to bring a second to go container for the cake. So that was our experience I don't know how it could have been better but the lunch to me was not worth $29 for...
