A ton of employees most of them just staring and standing around one employee seemed to be doing it all he was a true rockstar but you could tell he was getting frustrated with the others who were doing nothing the one lady working the cash register didn’t listen at all kept giving customers the complete opposite of what they ordered.. at first I thought I was the only one maybe I wasn’t very clear maybe she didn’t hear me all the way so I politely asked for my order to be fixed starting with the drink then another customer came asked for the same order ironically with very small changes and yet again the lady taking the order was just giving her anything she wished not what customer asked at all now there was a line of frustrated customers not getting what they asked for and the guy cooking the food had keep coming up and fixing the orders and telling the girl over and over what to do I don’t know if it was an off day or she was new but I find it hard to believe that even something as simple as getting the correct drink is next to impossible to fulfill

Read moreRude rude rude. The cashier Tatiana was the most disrespectful woman I have ever encountered in the food industry. She didn't even greet me when I was next in line, she said "what do you want". I placed my order and with sarcasm she replied "is that all". After I paid I asked her if I could please have the drink that I ordered and she replied, " no you can wait". Then looked passed me and shouted nexxxxxttttt. I patiently stepped to the side and waited. She then proceeded to make drinks for the 3 people who were (behind) me in line and purposely made mine last. But before she even made mine she made 3 water cups, taking her sweet time. Which she didn't even have to make in the first place because she put them on the counter for grabs. After, while I was waiting for my order I read on the board that it comes with pickles and I do not like pickles so I nicely asked her if my order came with pickles and she said " I dont know, you can find out when you get it". First and last time I will be eating here at charleys. As for the cashier Tatiana, she should not be working anywhere in the hospitality industry with the communication skills she displayed...
Read moreThe “store owner” Sean Randell was taking orders out of sequence, attending to customers before properly entering previous orders into the system. When it was my turn to order, Sean began taking my order while still assisting another customer. When I was in the middle of telling him my order, he got overwhelmed and told me to "hold on." When I inquired why he had asked me to order if he wasn’t ready, he became rude and told me to take my business elsewhere. I have consistently observed that the restaurant appears to always be understaffed, I have also witnessed the “ store owner” treating employees poorly, yelling at them in front of customers for not doing things at the pace he wants them to, I’m sure he’s always understaffed because of the way he treats his employees. This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. I hope you will take steps to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and that the workplace environment is improved...
