Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Palm Springs

I've been coming to this Carl's jr for almost 3 years now (maybe once a month) I've never had a problem until recently. I pull up to the drive thru, order my food, pull up to the window and pay the young man who was at the window. Now I didn't check my receipt since I was hoping I could trust what this young man was doing. I got my drink and food, drove home only to find out I didn't get diet soda, like I had ordered. I try to see the good in people and thought maybe it was just an honest mistake, until I pull out my receipt and noticed that this young man put almost every fountain drink on my receipt, making it seem like a game. Of course I went back and got it fixed but I could tell the manager (I'm going to assume that's who they were) was not happy and stared me down as if I was in the wrong. Now I wouldn't have been so upset had I not been diabetic and I like to drink my soda on my way home and that one little mistake caused my sugar to spike over 300! I ate in. Nothing was bad. They were out of catsup. Gave me “the last packet”. I said “can I have ranch?” “I’ll have to charge you”. That kinda irked me. If you as an establishment especially fast food are out of a customers first choice of sauce, you should give them their second choice for free. For them to be out of catsup on a Sunday in fast food seems to be an ordering issue. However all the other sauces looked fully stocked. They did bring me another container that they had made from the back once they were made. Also as I was dining (the only person eating inside the whole restaurant) they started to do their cleaning chores around me. This was also bothersome bc who wants to have things flying up from the broom from all around them whilst they are eating.
