The gelato is really good, but the service is unfriendly. On our first visit, my family and I greeted the attendant, but we were completely ignored. When we asked about the flavors, she sighed loudly and acted annoyed by even the simplest questions. It felt like we were inconveniencing her rather than being welcomed as customers.
On our second visit, I decided to give it another shot and brought my family again. I asked if they accepted $100 bills, and they said noâthey didnât have change. The reason I asked beforehand is because I prefer not to use my debit card at restaurants due to past bad experiences.
Honestly, any business that expects regular customers should be prepared to handle cash, even in larger bills. Not being able to make change for a $100âespecially when we were ready to spend over $50âis just bad planning. Based on my experiences I won't be coming back and wouldn't recommend it to...
Read moreOf all the dessert places in downtown, I am so happy my husband chose for us to stop here! The gelato was delicious. I had the hazelnut and the vanilla. Both flavors were great and satisfied my sweet tooth. My husband got the Joshua Tree Coffee flavor and that was also really good! But, what I have to say was even better than the gelato and their cute little shop full of art, was the customer service! By far, my experience at this gelato shop has superseded my experience of the fine dining restaurants my husband and I experienced at our visit to Palm Springs. The woman who took our order was so sweet!! She had the greatest attitude and you could tell she works with so much joy and passion (which is hard to find today). Whenever we come back to Palm Springs, we will happily stop through here for some gelato and the excellent service! đđ˝ Highly recommend this place for dessert if your strolling...
Read moreThis picture does not really do this lollipop justice. It was SOOO GOOOD that I almost had to stop wolfing it down to take the picture. What to expect from it? The perfect amount of sweetness - not sickening, just enough to pair perfectly with the creamy vanilla. And what to say about the chocolate shell? More nuts than you would ever expect, giving it a rarely experienced crunchiness, and real chocolate, not the one that tastes like sweetened fat. It is an especially great place to go if you had a particularly bad dinner experience so you can feel good about your life. The rest of the offering looked amazing - canât wait to come back...
