During our weekend visit to Palm Springs, we tried this restaurant for the first time. It was clean, beautiful, and had excellent service, especially from Mario. OUR WATER IS SUPERB!!! WAS AMAZING!! Great waiter, excellent service. Thank you, Mario, we will be returning and hope to continue receiving excellent service!!
FOOD: wonderful. If you are new to Peruvian food, stick to the typical dishes like "lomo Saltado" so you can get a good taste of what the flavor is like. Our food was good, really yummy, and full of flavor. SEAFOOD: incredibly wonderful, with an abundance of flavor that was both intense and fresh. STEAK: the steak was snot very delicious I don't think this is the best spot for steaks; my partner ordered a steak, which was undercooked and frozen within. So don't order steak here. All other dishes were fantastic. DRINKS: There is a wide assortment of drinks, including alcohol, and there is a large bar. PRICE: Well, it's Palm Springs, so the costs are not cheap, but they're affordable compared to other areas.
Overall, GREAT RESTARUANT AUTHENTIC PERUVIAN FOOD, THE FLAVOR IS JUST THE BEST, AND STICK TO THE TRADITIONAL PLATES, YOU WILL LOVE IT..!!
I WILL RETURN, VERY NICE PLACE FOR A GREAT DINNER AND DRINKS.
100% suggest this restaurant.
SUGGESTION: To the owner, please have some bread on the table; it will make a tremendous impact A basket of warm bread isn't just for steakhouses; it might be something to add to your menu, or we could order a basket of bread and buy it. Kindly add some bread so customers have a choice...

Seating is limited. We booked a 5:30 reservation. When we got there they started putting out more tables in their extended seating area. (It was street parking converted into a seating area with AstroTurf. We were separated by the traffic by a concrete barrier. I actually like sitting next to the roadway and seeing people go by.)
Food: Food was great and plentiful! We had the calamari for an appetizer and it was huge! They also gave this spicy green and red sauce. Very recommended. I had the Tallarin Verde de Bisteck which is steak over pesto spaghetti. It was a huge steak and plenty of spaghetti for later. The wife had some seafood thing with rice. It was a ton of food.
Drinks: I had the _ Inka. I forget the name. It was really good. The wife had a martini which was a little strong so they happily exchanged it for their house red which the wife adored!
Service: was a mixed bag. Again Covid. The world is different with this right now. I’m not going to go into detail about what happened because I know everyone is doing what they can with what they got. Overall I was happy with the service.
I would recommend Inka...
Read moreFood was really good but service was so slow. We arrived a bit before 5 pm on Sunday when the tables were less than half full inside and no one sitting outside. It took a while to place our orders and food took even longer. In between our appetizer and main dishes, there was a 30 minute wait. It also took 15 minutes for us to get someone attention for the bill and finally pay.
The ceviche de pescado (fish), parihuela (seafood in tomato broth soup) and tallarin Verde de bisteck (steak and spaghetti with green sauce) were all delicious. The portions were nice and big as well.
The wait staff was perfectly friendly and courteous but it seems they're stretched too thin. I only saw three wait staff and over the course of the 80 minutes we were there, multiple parties were seated but I only saw one group leave. The restaurant was nearly full by the time we left. I hope management can hire more folks to help provide faster service. We were not on a time crunch tonight but that will not be the case for all parties. It's better to have reasonable serving times and attention to guests than let everyone wait.
I highly recommend coming for the food and be prepared for...
