Although the food is good, the customer service left me baffled. When we walked in no one greeted us, no one showed us to our seats, so we sat ourselves nobody brought us menus so I went over told the waitress got ourselves some menus nobody brought us water until it was time to order. I figured maybe there busy, hey it's ok it happens. So when a person gives a tip, I reflect on the experience I had did I feel taken care of, I gave what I thought was appropriate...the other girl did the same the other girl gave nothing...the waitress who never came to check on us, came out after us in front of anyone who was walking by shouting we forgot to tip I was humiliated...totally ruined our lunch. I thought one of us had forgotten to pay...it was completely unecessary. I'm a regular there unfortunately I don't think I will be back. I did call the manager to express my disappointment, and even he said tipping is optional, we are happy tippers we just didn't feel taken care of.

Update: Excuse me...??? ...You are an owner of an establishment that thrives by satisfied clients...All I'm doing is sharing my experience as a client. Nothing in my review was made up.... You are right sir I did get humiliated-but not by writing a review but by YOUR WAITRESS.. I mean really going outside and shouting at your clients for a tip EVEN AFTER THE FACT THAT WE DID TIP....dear readers go at...

I actually hate writing bad reviews but I feel like other people should know this..My hubby and I live up the hill in joshua tree, so we thought coming down to palm springs we would try something nice. We thought wrong. I ordered the combo pad thai and my hubby ordered the veggie pad thai. I am extremely disappointed. Both of our dishes had absolutely no flavor. I cannot emphasize no flavor at all. No Salt, no pepper. NOTHING. There are full chunks of 2 broccoli, no stems cutting off and full stalks green onions like they didn't bother to cut it. It's almost like here was no sauce! I feel like I'm just eating plain noodle sop with plain meat. And for my hubby. They gave him the vegan bowl, with only 3 broccoli, heaping carrots. We both are very disappointed having spent almost 40$ on food that has no flavor. I've been to peppers before and I'm not sure what happened within the past 2 years, but this meal is absolutely nasty and unedible and I hope people know that they might get something unsatisfying here. Panda express would have been much more taster...

Bert and his wife are leaders in hospitality on Palm Canyon Dr. if you’re In town wondering what to order and who has good take out, you can rely on Peppers Thai and if you like sushi, Oishi is their sibling business.

They run an incredibly kind restaurant with solid staff and delicious family portion entrees. Before covid, we always sat on the patio and dined in. They’re rockstars at take out. All food is perfectly packed, utensils, napkins, sauces, etc. Even if there’s people waiting to place orders, people waiting for pickup, third party drivers, peppers thai takes care of business! We’ve done take out from almost all downtown businesses, and peppers is the best for the service value and quality.

-larb -tom yum soup -pad Thai (crispy tofu) -sticky rice w/ mango -they have brown &white rice -veggie and vegan options -chili basil (choose your meat or tofu) -thai tea is strong and yummy -they can make your food fire hot spicy if you ask

It’s not pretentious here at all and they value your business. Thank you...

I live for moments in life that promote an accurate retelling such as you're about to read. I was waiting for my food to arrive when the front door behind me was opened and thru it a small party of 5 or six led by an adolescent child. Upon entering a server began to emerge from the kitchen prep area to greet the party and before he could say one syllable the young girl exclaims at a high volume "I don't want to eat the food here!". The adults in the party respond by openly discussing the situation walking past the speechless server into the second dining room. The server puts the menus back in the hostess stand. They leave after a few minutes of deliberation. I couldn't say another word to anyone for the remainder of the day.

Every time I try a new Thai place, I’m always skeptical about whether it will be good or not. While visiting Palm Springs from LA, we decided to give this restaurant a try, and I'm glad we did. Not only was the food delicious, but they were also open on the Fourth of July, which was a pleasant surprise and so thankful for that. The dishes were flavorful and authentic, and the service was friendly and efficient. And the next good thing was there was FREE UNLIMITED parking across the restaurant, we couldn’t believe for a sec( cuz we are from LA 😂) I highly recommend this spot for anyone in the area craving quality Thai cuisine.
