Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Palmdale

the service was poor at Carls Jr next to the AV Mall. the cashier claimed to be the manager her name is Sandra. She was on her cellphone on a personal call and touching money and then touching the food. Once she handed me my food I asked her for the owner or district managers number she got very upset gave me her name and a wrong phone number. I dialed the number from my car and it was a wrong phone number. I came back and asked her for the correct number she became hostile and said I was mad because she charged me for ranch. I said no I was not I'm not going to cry for a dollar.she came very argumentative I told her to just give me the number. I threw the paper on the counter she ran up to me. I said are you going to hit me some young kid came between us I guess that was her son. then a customer I guess her family pushed against me said she would hit me I told her to do it at this point everything was escalated just for a phone number. I did call the sheriffs to press charges against the other lady nothing was done of course. the sheriff did come out with the correct phone number. I called it and the owner he refuse to talk to me. I️ have been to this Carl’s Jr. a few times, considering it’s right by my work. But every time I go to that drive-thru, it takes all my lunchtime just to get my food. So I tried dining in and the service inside is even worse! I have gone in the morning just to get coffee and was completely ignored because they’re too busy doing drive-thru, they saw me standing and not once did they say a word to me! I️ was almost late to work because of it. Another time I dined inside, and 2 people that ordered after me got their order before me and I had to wait about almost 15 minutes for my order!! I️ had to go ask to see why it was taking so long and then realized my order iwas just sitting there! I got a bacon and Swiss and it taste horrible!!! Usually it has a big piece of fried chicken but this time it was a small piece of chicken that taste as if it was raw and the bacon was not cooked right. I’m done with this Carl’s Jr! They’re service sucks!! I work in customer service and I never treat my customers that way! I don’t care if it’s fast food we pay for our food, therefore we deserve good...

Today, went with my husband to this location, to dine in. The customer service representative was rude, horrible attitude. We asked for one specific burger and she said they didn’t have that, then we over heard her asking the manager where that was on the teller because she couldn’t find it but she knew it was there to order, after telling us they didn’t have that item on the menu. At the time of pick up the order no ketchup or anything else was offered to us. Truly a bad service and I wouldn’t recommend this Teresita R to know one.
