I ordered pizza at 8:40 p.m. and it said it would be 19 minutes before it would be ready. Then I got a message saying the driver left with my pizzas at 9:05. I then called the store at 9:30 p.m. which is 5 minutes from my house. I was told by the driver that was said to have left 30 minutes earlier that he was waiting for his 6th delivery before he could leave to start his deliveries. So I ordered pizza's for my 6 and 16 year old children to eat dinner but I just finished feeding them something else at 10:04 and still haven't received the pizza's I ordered an hour and a half ago. This place is extremely unprofessional and outrageous with this delivery system. So now 6 people can get cold and late pizzas. Instead of taking 3 orders at a time and at least having people receive semi warm pizza and not wait hours for their food that cost 40 dollars for 2 pizza's as well pay 6 dollars for a delivery fee and this is what is delivered oh wait it still hasn't been delivered and it is 10:10 at night. So now it makes me think that the delivery guy delivered the pizzas that were ordered last and still hot to the people who haven't had to wait at all. And now I guess my children and I get our pizza last and over 1 hour late and cold since it said the driver was on his way. Because, like I said, it still isn't here, and now I'm waiting to post this to see exactly when the pizzas get here. It got to my house at 10:15 p.m. Not to...
Read moreTo whom it may concern. Today I went to dominoes pizza in lancaster. On challenger way and ave j. It was one of the worst experiences ever. Food and money was a tottal loss the customer service was just horrible to the point I just had to take the wrong order and still pay for burnt food. We gave it away to some homeless guy that didn't care that it was burnt just appreciative for free food. My families and I were still wanting dominoes pizza on our way outta town so we stopped at your store in palmdale. And omg. Not only was the people nice there and the food we ordered was correct. Wasn't burnt . They were super nice and this was all before we explained our horrible experience. The manager whos name I believe started with an H. I didnt catch it. Was so nice and helpful. Even offered to give us a free desert after hearing how bad we were treated. We declined but to just have the offer shows that there are still kind people in this world. So shout out to palmdale dominoes and the manager Miss H. We will be returning to this dominoes pizza no matter the drive they are...
Read moreWe were looking forward to getting a Domino's closer to our home, however our first take-out experience was rather disappointing. I didn't feel that they care much about first impressions. At other locations we usually get the marinara sauce at no extra charge with cheesy bread, but here they charge you over 3 bucks for 2 measly tubs and the guy who served us cried about it how they are unable to throw it in like it would drive him into bankruptcy. I could have let that part slide, but then when I got home and opened the pizzas I realized that their cheapo train continued. The extra cheese topping on one pizza was non-existent and the mushrooms were so thinly spread like they ran out of ingredients. The same thing on the other pizza where there was literally only one piece of bell pepper per slice! If this is how they do things there I'd rather drive the extra couple of miles to any of the other locations where they are also a lot nicer! Thumbs down...
