McDonald's — Restaurant in Palmetto Bay

Do not eat hear.... Especially if you're BK!

I walked into this place around 1:30PM on the 26th of June. I stood at the counter for about 4 minutes with zero greeting, help or anything. About 1 minute later a Hispanic male came in and was greeted 3 times in less than 50 seconds. The manager (lady with Burgundy blouse) was right there. She's part of the problem!

I turned to him and said "Wow, you must be very special. I been here for 5 minutes (at that time) with no greeting, not even a look" and we shared a laugh before I walked out. They even tried serving him before me and he took up for me.

While I was standing there I observed some Disgusting things. I seen a employee (Curly bk hair and joggers on) Sneeze into her hand while working the drink machine then remove cups from the drink machine while touching all over the rim of the cups.

I'm not sure if the lady was special needs, but there's a employee that works with a yellow vest (not why i said S.N.) . I witness the manager ( Burgundy blouse) talk to her as if she's nothing. An that same employee with the vest was pouring sweat and I seen her walkin whip the sweat from her Forehead then go behind the counter...

If I had the choice, I would rate no stars at all. My experience was unsatisfactory and extremely unpleasant. I had ordered and specifically asked for a meal and did not receive one. When I went to pay I checked the receipt and it was wrong. I went to get the items and had asked if the order was rung incorrectly and I asked for them to fix it. I was denied and yelled to get out of the drive thru. I asked for the missing items separately, paid for them, and I did not receive my change. I waited and was told they didn’t have it. They proceeded to laugh and yell at me once more to get out of the drive thru. I denied and asked for my change. The manager came and asked to wait in the parking lot for my change in a rude manner. I complied and got home to find that my entire order was completely and utterly incorrect. I will never come here again neither will I recommend for anyone to come here. Further on, they made my daughter feel bad by raising their voice and it just made the experience and food taste all...

Here we go again. Such terrible drive thru service and such terrible dine in service. If you use the indoor service, be sure you know how to use the self order machines cuz otherwise the reps will walk back and forth past you and not even ask to take your order. Drive thru at this location is existing for absolutely no good reason. 2 speakers and only one is used. The pick up window is ALWAYS telling people to park in their 1 of their 2 ‘mobile order spots’ so that they can save their times and not get in trouble. What’s the point of a drive thru at a fast food restaurant if you don’t even the food at the window and you still have to wait 5+ minutes for one of their employees to bring the food to the parking lot, and almost ALWAYS forgetting napkins and any sauces you request. This McDonald’s is trash and everytime we leave a review, it seems things get better for a week and then back to the same old ‘never ready and never doing anything...
