Staff was rude, hot dogs took forever and came out cold somehow. They said they make everything fresh but It just didn’t seem true. Workers don’t care about customer service or service if that, along with being slow. A guy who ordered his food way before us didn’t get his food until after we got done eating ours, and I waited 30 minutes for mine. Could only imagine how long he waited. When he confronted the staff about the lobby wait all they could say was, be patient we make everything fresh, but yet people who ordered after him kept getting his food. All the staff could say was “you wait for your food or I’ll give you a refunds, you can’t have both”. Wouldn’t even apologize to him or anything. Nathan's is conveniently located near the Pier in Panama, FL. The food was a bit underwhelming, with the fries not being seasoned well. I will state that I order a regular fry with no cheese sauce. They were fresh but were unsalted. In terms of the burger, I ordered the double bacon cheddar burger. The cheese sauce was good, but the patty wasn't seasoned well. I will say that it was juicy and cooked fresh. This was my first time visiting, so I may need additional trips to change my perception. The food was not worth the price. NONE of our food looked like the photos, the only person that seemed to care about working as a young Asian guy. The guy that took our order was on the phone and offered no resolution to questions we had. One hot dog with cheese and bacon was 6.50 then to add a cheese fry and drink it was another 9.49! The cheesesteak looked like a hamburger and the cheese fries were COLD! And when we asked about it was all of it No one seemed to care. This was the last time I would ever go to this one and would not encourage anyone else to go either.
