Read moreThe name “ Espresso “ drew me in but is sadly misleading. ( Side point: there are 2 lines. You join One for food, One line for drinks. Both lines had at about 20 people, you can imagine how this played out because by the time you get your food or drink you’re then waiting for the other. This can work if there are 2 of you ( 1 go order food, the other go order the drinks ) but this morning i am by myself, wife waiting patiently in hotel room for her morning coffee. Unfortunately, theres no espresso in these coffees, not that i see. i paid for 4 shots in each of our cappuccinos just to be on the safe side and had them make them ‘ semi- dry ‘ to be extra sure. But they are both so milky, so much, We cannot taste the coffee bean at all or feel any caffeine hit. I don't have the patience this morning to go back downstairs, because theres probably a line i would have to join for 20 mins to make a complaint so im just going to pour these away and go find a real cafe...

The idea of this venue is great, it just does not function well and desperately needs a good manager who understand...
