Las Vegas Travel Guide: 30 Must-Do Activities in Sin City!
Ryan JacquesRyan Jacques
We’ve been to the Dueling Piano Bar at Harrah’s before, but this time we just stopped in on the way to the Tournament of Kings—and honestly, we almost didn’t want to leave. The energy in that place was off the charts. Packed crowd, drinks flowing, and the musicians absolutely owned the room. They weren’t just talented (which they seriously were), they were hilarious. The kind of performers who can roast a guy in the front row, take a Britney Spears request, and then pivot into Queen without blinking. Pure chaos, in the best way. One of the highlights? A jaw-dropping performance of “Iris” by the Goo Goo Dolls. That “I just want you to know who I am” line hit like a freight train and the whole place was singing along. Even with just a short stop, the vibe completely pulled us in. If you're even remotely a fan of live music, comedy, or just watching people get hilariously called out for bad song requests, this place is a must. Already planning a longer stay next time—Tournament of Kings can wait. ;)

Ummm..the entertainment was nice there were twins playing and singing. Except the service sucked. We sat a table were ignored by two servers, when the one server did stop and asked us for our drink orders—we asked if we could have the table cleaned first..she put a stack of napkins down and walked away! She then came back roughly 5 minutes later and asked if we wanted drinks again..I asked her if she could take the trash and she walked away. We left... sorry to have bothered you at your place of employment.

I was just at this establishment and received rude service nevertheless while celebrating my birthday. When I arrived I told the server that we wanted two waters. She decided to bring two bottled waters without telling us it was a charge ( $3.50 each) for a SMALL bottle of water. When I questioned her why didn't she say there was a fee for water her response was everyone knows you have to pay for water. I replied could she get a Manager because I didn't know and had never been there. After almost waiting an hour I called her over and she stated the Manager was busy. After about an hour and a half the bartender came over ( his head was clean shaven and he had a silver goatee) and stated I'll comp these waters but you'll have to leave or either pay and stay. I asked since he was going to comp the waters we would just stay and pay for drinks. He said no either pay for them or leave ( which didn't make sense if he was going to supposdly comp them) I also mentioned to him I observed the people next to to us at the table had water that were in regular glasses so why were we being charged. He said anywhere you go you have to pay for water even though I told him I was unaware and that was my first time there at that establishment celebrating my birthday( I'm from California). I told him that's fine I'll leave however can I have the receipt that said the waters were not being charged. He became irate and hostile then stated he was going to call security and that we had been holding up the table for too long despite the only reason we were continuing to wait was to talk to the Manager before we left. Wow I was shocked and in disbelief!!! I told him go ahead and call them. Finally another server who had good customer service skills and was kind went and finally got the Manager. When I told her about the waitress and bartender demeanor she said that was unacceptable how they responded to us and she would speak to them. She explained that they don't give receipts when they comp items however the bartender should have told me that instead of being rude and aggressive. I only reason I give this establishment two stars is because the music was good.

Update April 25th: After reviewing the CC statement we were in fact charged and not comped for the waters. Updated my review to one star. Just goes to show you this establishment does not keep their...

We noticed this place walking through Harrah's and it was packed while someone dressed up as Elvis was performing and doing an amazing job! The place was packed with no available places to sit! We went elsewhere to eat and came back for the karaoke. That was a treat.. many nice singers and especially one named Kevin who was local. He sounded so unbelievably good that I was certain he had to sing somewhere professionally and upon inquiry he does. Very humble and talented and was definitely an asset the evening we were there! After that , the dualing pianos began. It started off a little slow but I actually really enjoyed the show. Someone came around and left request forms on the table so we excitedly filled out a few songs we wanted. Sadly the older gentleman who has obviously been doing this for a long time and was very good but he said outright not to bring the form up without some money attached to it. My friend took both our forms up with a little cash but mine was tossed away immediately into the bucket. I've gone to many piano shows in my life and I prefer to put money in the bucket when I'm entertained and moved by the talent not as a bribe to get something played that someone else can pay more and it gets cancelled out. Maybe that's part of a dualing piano show but I don't care for that. Having said that the talent was undeniable. My favorites were " Great balls of Fire" and Meatloaf's " Paradise by the Dashboard Light" . On the downside we had an extremely rude waitress and many people came and left because of her without being able to enjoy the show. She was pleasant to me but rude to my friend and many others near us. Especially if you tried to summon her or get her attention. I feel bad for the talented piano players because she ran off many potential fans and tippers before they could eve order a drink. Shoulder length brown hair around 35 -45 years old. Just go to the bar if she is your only...

The atmosphere as far as crowd & the girl piano players was great. The waitress was absolutely terrible!! I’m not one to complain or write bad on someone but she does not need to be a server if she has this attitude. A lot happened to other customers but she was loud & rude enough for us to hear & see how she treated customers. One table of three came in they waited few minutes she didn’t come up so one of the party walked up to the bar. She came over sat the napkins down & asked for their order. When they told her one of them had already gone to the bar she shoved at their table & stated “why sit at my table then if won’t order from me!” And stomped off. The tables in her section are located directly in front of the pianos so they are sought out. If you were only a party of two she didn’t want you there. We had 5 in our group initially & each of the tables had 3 chairs at them mind you. She informed us the tables are meant for 4 people I pointed out the 3 chairs & we had 5 in our party so we used 2 tables. She stormed off on us as well. She complained about a couple seated next to us because there was only 2 & they only ordered one drink. Loved the entertainers we came in at end of karaoke & left about halfway through the lady dueling pianos everyone preforming there was awesome. We would’ve stayed longer had the waitress been a little more friendly & welcoming. We were there from 8:30pm on 10/13/25 til right...
