Horrible service on Saturday night 1/21/23 (10pm -11:30pm) by two different female servers with long dark hair (one’s name started with a M). First server took our order along with my card. Comes back with the card and a drink, slamming a glass on the table. After getting food I realize Im not that hungry, and ready to leave. I sat for almost a hour making eye contact trying to get the original server to come to our table. She looks me dead in the eye, and turns around walking to other tables asking if they are ok. Finally I just walk up to the woman and ask her politely if I can get a food container and close my tab. She points at another female (who has not once come to our table) and tells me thats who is our server and she will get her to close our tab. Finally I get the check by the second server, only to discover 3 separate transactions (.01, $42.27, and $63.93). Its was only two of us and I ordered one beer, chicken tenders, and fries. So now i have to wait longer to ask why I was charged a extra $63.93 when my food was only $42.27. I was told its a pre authorization charge and will go away (which is still there). If you eat or drink here make sure to check your account and keep a eye on it. I would avoid this place, we receive better service at McDonald’s. Im not sure why we were avoided and treated so badly. While everyone else around us seemed to be getting consistent service. I do not want to assume things about these two women or discrimination. I usually tip 15% , but this time I left nothing. Paying customers should be treated EQUALLY. I am a very nice person and there was no reason for this treatment. This experience made a bad ending to...
Read moreThe atmosphere was great and the Covid protocols were appropriate for a newly opening up Las Vegas.
Visited this place at the end of April 2021.
We went in for an after dinner cocktail in a nice time. We had some liquor drinks to include a scotch and a Sambuca. The drinks themselves were nice and the cashew nut trays were fine. The host and hostess is were very polite and the servers were wonderful. There was some fun club Music playing in the level was fine.
The main downside was that after we ordered we learned that the bar was very nickel and dime about their pricing. We incurred three up charges for things like shaking the shot over ice and requesting a block of ice in the scotch. This was really surprising giving the already high prices we were paying for the drinks we ordered. Honestly it was disappointing that they had to resort to really cheap means to get their money out of us. We were already willing to hey Vegas prices for good drinks. I am not sure if this is a venue scheme but it really made it feel very cheap to be there.
Overall it was a good experience but the way we were handled with our check I would recommend talking to the server before you order because you might end up with some surprise random charges on your bill for things like putting a drink into a glass or adding...

We got in after a 12-hour drive and didn't plan on not being able to find a restaurant that didn't have over an hour wait. We didn't enter the restaurant through the normal entrance. Charissa was the first person we ran into. I shared our story, and she sat us down right way.
Honey glazed chicken fingers and pork dumplings was our food choices. It was elevated bar food. The dumplings had a fun design, and the chicken was fried and glazed perfectly. Very tasty!
Oh Charissa, what a special person! As we watched her take care of her clients we came to a conclusion. She doesn't serve people, she connects with them. Her attention to detail is spot on. She took our empty plates and left the dipping sauce for the remainder of the food that wasn't on the plate. I've had to ask many servers to leave sauces when taking plates away when the meal wasn't finished.
We made it a point to visit her every night. She recommended great drinks and had us smiling the whole time.
Sincerely, thank you Charissa! Well see you again, soon hopefully.
