This was THE worst customer service I have ever received. My husband and I went for breakfast on May 29, 2022 around 11am. We checked in and provided the young lady at the door our name and phone number, she stated that the wait time was between 35 - 45 minutes. I set my alarm for 30 minutes and we took a walk to pass time. We arrived back at Maxie's well before our time ) about 30 minutes into our wait) and sat in the front until our name was called or the text received. At 45 minutes of our wait, nothing, so I went to the front and asked, how much longer? The lady (older than the the one who took the reservation) asked for our name, I provided it and she stated that they had called us 3 times and we did not answer, I said called? She stated yes (with an attitude) we tried to send you a text but your number was not compatible. Now I'm puzzled, I checked my phone, no calls. So then I showed her my phone and stated, you did not call me, what number do you have, so she read off the number that the initial young lady took and it was incorrect. So when I advised that the number they had was incorrect she nastily stated: You should of verified the number before leaving.... Me verify......oh no, your employee should of verified that SHE had the correct number before we left, that's her job to take the information from the patrons. Then she asked, well why wait 45 minutes before saying something, (at this point I'm yelling because I can not believe she was being so combative) and answered because 35 - 45 minutes was the wait time we were told. We were sitting right here in front, you didn't think to call our names. At this time I was so angry, at the disrespect of the entire situation, so I left. But you want to know what the kicker of this, the family waiting there with us who witness this craziness stated that she did the same thing to them, saying she called them when she had not. CORPORATE: There needs to be some training to your management staff on Customer Service, there was no apology, there was no compassion she didn't even acknowledge the error on her staffs part. You need to do better, this is not right and no one should have to take abuse from management when the error was not their fault. To anyone reading, experience HORRIBLE, they clearly do not care about their customers and I would find somewhere...

I do not recommend you dine here! My family and I visited today and we were really looking forward to the breakfast but our horrible experience led us to leave before we were subjected to even more rude behavior by a man, named Joseph. If you’re in the area, and want quick seating and good food- check out Hash House House a go go (at most 2 minute walk, great service, and delicious food.)

To start off, the restaurant had plenty of seating and it took them far too long to seat us, but we were willing to overlook that. What created a horrible experience to the point where we decided to just leave before we ordered was when this man, Joseph, who worked at the restaurant shoved our items to the floor and wasn’t willing to accommodate my brother’s medicine (in his backpack) that we placed on a separate chair to help accommodate our party of 7 that was crammed in a small booth.

We are a party of 7 and, despite having plenty of available seating they sat us in a booth for 5. As tourists traveling with medicine, we naturally had a backpack with us, so I took a chair and placed it at the end of the table to help accommodate my brother’s medicine… when this man, Joseph, rudely comes to our table and shoves our items to the ground (the backpack that held my brother’s insulin/ required meds) and states the chairs are for people. We told him we understand but that we were really crammed and appreciated a little more space to help with our items he rudely replies he’ll see if maybe they can do something about it, shoves my brothers pack pack with insulin in it to the ground, then moves the chair to another unused table (again, the restaurant was not packed and there were empty chairs available that would have not created any problems)

I would not have had any issues had it not been for the fact that my brother relies on his medicine and this man rudely, for no reason, decided to shove our items without any asking/warning.

As good as the food may look on its site, it by no means warrants such horrible behavior for its restaurant guests.

Horrible experience and very disappointed that this was...

Meh, I'd find breakfast elsewhere. Be sure you're looking at a current menu and not a photo posted years ago to avoid a price shock. It's breakfast, not a gourmet meal.... 15 bucks for 1 waffle? To me, breakfast should be cheap period, its eggs and bread and a little bit of meat if you desire. A brekfast entree shouldnt be more than 12 bucks unless youre getting seafood with it.

Every option comes with breakfast potatoes. I guess if you want to carb load this place is great. I ordered ala carte, as none of their breakfast combos were worth not eating half the order! You can order a bagel for 3.50. BUT then must pay 2.95 for the cream cheese. I mean, ya kinda don't eat one without the other! OK my food has come, Jesus if you serve breakfast all day, you should be able to make eggs over medium! My bagel was toasted, ice cold, flalvorless and hard. And for the love of God, serve better coffee. My stir stick almost stands up in it. **Update: I sent my runny membrane filled eggs back and when she brought them back they were perfect!

Please train your wait staff to walk around the table when serving food and drinks. They all passed everything in front of my 80 year old mothers face and over her head! Walk around the table!

It was like pulling teeth to get a refill on our (awful) coffee!! Literally had to flag her down for a refill, she came to check on us about 25 seconds after the food was delivered and then we didn't see her again until flagging her down for my runny eggs, then when she delivered the refired eggs, she turned SO quickly I had to yell to ask for a refill.

Honestly, just don't...

A bit disappointing breakfast experience today. We waited over an hour for a table which was expected. Upon checking in with the hostess, we were told that the kitchen was backed up and we had to wait longer to be seated - an additional 15/20 minutes. Though there were available seats, it appears that this large hole in the wall isn’t prepared for this type of traffic on a late Monday morning. The food is blah and nothing special. I don’t know what people eat these days and rate food but the pancakes were chewy and a bit stiff rather than fluffy abs loose in texture. Definitely NOT a 4 star dining spot but go ahead and leave the hard way if you choose. The potatoes are deep fried and the service is mediocre. Our waitress checked on us once right after the food was served which also took a longer than expected time and the ambiance is what you’ll expect on a country road somewhere. Spend a bit more and dine at a better restaurant for a better experience and not the hash house either - another over rated restaurant.

Lackluster overpriced mediocre food is what you'll find. I sat at the bar, The bartender's face was buried in her phone, while there were several empty straw wrappers sitting on the bar top. I ordered an egg white omelette and a side of vegetables and toast, food cake, looked ok, but no silverware or bartender, so I went and grabbed my own silverware from the service station to the right of the bar as well as salt and pepper from a table. $6.00 for a small bowl of vegetables that cost $1.25, $18 for an omelette plate that would be $9.00 anywhere else but they did give me about a half lb of butter for my toast so maybe that's built in to everything else. Was over $40 with tip for breakfast for 1! I was also cashed out before the food even came which not only made me feel rushed but hustled for a tip, because if I had done it after I certainly would have adjusted for the poor service. Yet another rip off in the land of ripoffs. Do yourself a favor and head to the diner at Planet Hollywood, much better food service and value.
