Subway — Restaurant in Parma

I've got food from here before for at least 4 years, I can say that it's gotten better over that time. It is a corporate store so it honors the coupons and specials. This past week I was super tired and hurting from work and just wanted to get a sub for that nights dinner and lunch the next day. So I placed my order online and stopped after work to pick it up. I ordered it when I got in my car and figured they would be finishing up my order when I arrived as it is a 15 min drive from work to Home. I was happy that they had my order ready and waiting for me. The Subs were perfectly made, they followed my instructions with the mayo perfectly, I hate it when you ask for regular mayo and just a little bit and when you get it find out it has a tone of mayo on it or you got to tell them to stop as you watch them make it. But like I said this place has gotten better. Will go back again as it is better than the Subway less than a block away next to the Post office on Day Drive, that place is overpriced and bad service. Which used to be Way better than this location but the change of owners and new crew has flipped and now The BP supways...

I can’t stop raving about the incredible service I received from a young lady whose name might be Mira! (I don’t remember how she said her name but it had a s sound ) From the moment I approached the counter, her sweet voice and kind smile made me feel so welcomed and valued as a customer. She went above and beyond to make sure my sub was exactly how I wanted it, and let me tell you, it wasn’t just food—it was art!

The way Mira crafted my sub was pure perfection. Every ingredient was fresh, beautifully arranged, and packed with flavor. It wasn’t just delicious—it was the best sub I’ve ever had. You can tell she puts genuine care into every order, and her attention to detail is unmatched. I couldn’t event believe it was her first overnight shift !!!

I have never had such poor customer service. In my life. I followed a couple in this evening and the worker (Onni, or something like that) called out, "Cash only tonight." She did not look at us. We all looked at each other like, was she talking to us? Okay, fine whatever. So I waited for her to make the couple's sandwich which took her forever. When they left and I was up to the counter she did not acknowledge me what so ever. And there was a line behind me. She stood in front of me working on putting cheese on dough to bake more bread. Okay, fine. Without a word she turned around, put the dough in the oven, swung the bread door open and looked at me. Did not say a word. I asked her, "Are you ready?" She bobbed her head and rolled her eyes as her way of telling me she was. I looked at her and said, "I will not eat here," and I left. Never again will I set foot in there. Never again will I even purchase gas at that BP. Shame on that establishment for allowing their employees to be so disgustingly rude and indifferent to...
